Flight has been cancelled by westjet because they are not flying anymore from Paris to Calgary. westjet already refunded the money to flighttix and they are not responding my mails. this is my trip id 5928673 refund my money back otherwise i am going to file a case on your company this is extremely Fraudulent

STAY AWAY!!!!I must give 1 star because I cannot give a negative rate. Don't buy nothing from them,there are no word for explain this company or yes lier,fake and thieves. I an still waiting my refund from Corona situation,United company send me a confirm that this agency received money back but they are still holding. No contact,no answer ,but they are still working frauding customers.STAY AWAY!!!!

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH Flighttix.it!!!!

I am trying to get a refund for flight cancelled due to coronavirus from them for 3 months already!!!!

They just sent me an automated email stating that their reply time is 21 WORKING DAYS!!!! Seriously???

I contacted the airline directly and they confirmed they already FULLY REFUNDED Flighttix.it. However these scumbags do nothing at all, they kept my money.

Now after tons of emails they finally replied after 3 months and sent me a TRAVEL VOUCHER for their terrible services instead of money refund I requested!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, you thieves!!!!

This is a real nightmare, do not book anything with this company!!!

Unfortunately I am not completely satisfied with the booking platform flightix. Here my positive and negative feedback
– ticket purchase process is easy and clear.
– my flight was labeled British Airways in the search result. As I was looking for BA flights, I chose it and booked it, without doublechecking, of course, as I assumed the information was correct and the flight operated by British
– after booking I found out that the flight had nothing to do with British Airways, but American Airlines instead (probably a mistake on the site…) So I could not make use of any benefit my Ba frequent flyer Programm would have offered me
– I tried to doublecheck and ask why at the customer service (even sending a screenshot of the wrong information given by flightix) The reply was rather unfriendly, no solution was offered
– the login portal is useful but many times did not work as it was not possible to login many times

All in all, even if the experience was not completely negative, I would not recommend flightix for booking flights and would not use it again, as there are many other booking platforms that are just as good, maybe better.

Air Italy failed. In order to receive information you have to use a contact form and they guarantee an answer within 5 days !!! Try to call them … where is their phone number ? Later on they send an e-mail: they contacted the airline but they are not going to reimburse for the tickets when Air Italy's website clearly states that tickets will be reimbursed by the agency which have been purchased from !!! Are they keeping the money for themselves ? Never again !!! I'd rather pay a little more and purchase flight tickets from the airline directly. BAD BAD BAD.

When I've booked, your website showed me that checked baggage was included. After booking (and paying), I discovered that it was included for only 1 kg (!) and I had to buy extra baggages, of course. A very bad experience. I will never book with you in the future! I think it has been a fraud.

I think you should leave the possibility to the person to do check in on line giving all the information es: visa , tax to pay , ecc…. it shouldn鈥檛 be a surprise at last minute !

They never updated the main system for a birthday error. They sent me an email but never informed me of any kind of actions to take. Three months later I get to the airport to be denied boarding with my TWO 1/2 YEAR OLD child crying about why they wouldn't let us board.
Airline wasn't in the wrong. They don't have a phone number just a stupid email service. I had to search Google and finally found something that cost me money to call internationally. After 5 hours of being put on hold and told to be called back they stopped responding. My flight had already left. Once they got back to me they said I was a NO SHOW so I am not entitled to anything. Which is absurd as I have all the email communications and phone conversations about the issue.The company denied their mistake. Said it wasn't their mistake while their emails clearly say otherwise now I am being told that there is no legal address where my lawyer can clarify the issue and rectify me WASTING MONEY.
They are very secretive about their services and only provide an email to contact. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE "DEAL". SAVING 5 BUCKS CAN COST YOU ALOT MORE.

Opinion absolutely negative. I booked a flight to Israel about 40 days earlier. After a few days they sent me an email with the reservation and ticket numbers. So far, so good.
The evening before departure, the surprise! I go to the website of the airline (Turkish) for the cheek-in and I find out that the reservation was canceled (also confirmed by the Turkish鈥檚 call center)
Not having any Fighttix.it phone number, I write an email to which the automatic responder replies that it would be verified within 5 days !!
After an hour and a half the flighttix operator replies to me by telling me not to worry, that the Turkish website does not work (false) that the reservation is confirmed (false).
In the morning I take flight with another company (at my expense!) And after a few days, having contacted the Italian call center of the Turkish, what do I find out? the reservation had been redone by Flighttix with another number that had not been communicated to me!
Absolutely superficial and misleading!
They didn't give me the correct information … and when I mentioned it they dismissed me and told me the mistake was the mine. I had to go to check-in in the morning even though I had the wrong reservation … imagine how could I trust.
Flighttix is absolutely to be avoided

Booked, received the confirmation in 5 minutes, all was just perfect.

The WORST company I have ever used in the entire universe!!!!
I purchased 3 tickets from Croatia to Thailand, my card was charged 1100 euros. The same day they are telling me that they need me to take photo of my passport and photo of the credit card that was used because security controls. I did it after 1 hour that they told me.
They reply me next day, saying I need to send it again. I do it again. The next day they reply me that they never received my email, total LIE.
In total I sent 5 emails with attached copies of passport and credit card, and after 4 days back and forth, they emailed me that they received my copies, but if I still want my tickets, I need to pay 210 euros extra per person?!
I ended up canceling those tickets. I lost my trip to Thailand, because tickets got more expensive in mean time while I was waiting for them!
The worse company ever. Don't use them!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would leave the zero star review!
I wish I live closer to their office, I would come and beat the crap out of them
