There are no controls right now! Almost nobody is wearing a face mask, people cough and they talk to their phones loudly the whole time!! Not worth it and very dangerous, especially right now during Covid 馃憥馃徎馃憥馃徎馃憥馃徎

We were on a trip to the mountains when the person next us was suddenly starting to feel sick and had to throw up.
As we were sitting in the front of the bus and the person couldn鈥檛 help herself we kindly but loudly asked the two drivers (sitting next to each other) for help.
They didn鈥檛 react. I almost shouted 鈥渆xcuse me..鈥?but they kept talking. The guy next to the driver even seemed to speak up and laugh while he kept with his story in Polish. Unfortunately we don鈥檛 speak that language.
After some minutes a lady from the back helped us out with a plastic bag. That was the least we could do. When we arrived in Zakopane the drivers didn鈥檛 do anything to discuss what has happened, but ignored us. The other one just left. I told him to report this issue because of emergency reasons. This is unacceptable to have a situation like this in FlixBus!

worst mode of transport.
no hygiene at all. no toilet paper or soap and the toilet has never been cleaned. (and I've been traveling with a few flixbuses already and they've been always so disgusting)
I had a seat in the lower level a few seats behind the driver(s) and he was smoking within the bus and it made the whole drive even worse because you had the constant smell of cigarettes. Just inappropriate and very bad experience.
Arrived at the destination 4 hours too late and no money back or any kind of refund.

I actually always liked FlixBus, I found them reliable and cheap. But what they鈥檙e doing lately, has made me lose all trust.
It鈥檚 impossible to reach the hotline. To the messages you send, they reply within 4!!!! weeks. If you contact them on Facebook, they might answer but then only tell you to sent them a message to which as I said they reply weeks later. For a successful and big company like that, this is unacceptable.

Due to corona, I understand that it鈥檚 chaotic but letting people book trips and then cancel because you can also fill the bus to 50% is stupid because that you know before.

Worst recent experience I made. I booked an Interflix ticket. I paid and received the vouchers which they said they would activate within 48 hours. It鈥檚 been a week now. The bus that I wanted to book, is booked out now. I tried to reach them on 3 different channels but they still haven鈥檛 activated my vouchers. That鈥檚 just the worst. I paid for a promised service that I didn鈥檛 get.
It鈥檚 really time that there鈥檒l be some concurrence for FlixBus

Flixbus wrote they would pay me back the money, but they didn't manage to do so within 2 months and also not after I gave them a deadline of 2 weeks. I was ripped off and cheated. I still haven't got my money back.

I had a flight booked for 7pm and got a Flixbus 1pm.
I booked a unique ticket and I was supposed to change bus(still Flixbus) in Verona.

I was supposed to be at the airport 4pm, although the first bus came at 3pm.

I called the call center asking for solutions and they told me the only way to make it on time it was a cab.
It was very expensive 234Eur but they told me "JUST KEEP THE RECEIPT AND WE麓RE GONNA REFUND YOU, WE麓RE SO SORRY".

I did keep the receipt and tried to contact them for several months.
NEVER ONCE THEY ANSWERED.

They finally did 3 months later trying to find any possible excuse(even though I had proofs and emails).
They told me I had to wait 2 more months.

Ultimately wrote me 6 months later that it wasn麓t their fault and there was no way to get a refund.

Several times they麓ve been late but I trusted them as a company.
They just proved themselves as cheap, lying, untrustworthy BAST*RDS.

NEVER GOT ON A FLIXBUS AFTER THAT.

HIGHLY SUGGEST OTHER BUS COMPANIES.

I'm waiting for a refund for more than 2 months already.
I was stuck at the Croatian border for 11h until midnight. We all missed our connection. Flixbus promised to reimburse a hotel night in Zagreb, but I'm trying to get that money back since beginning of March 2020. I receive nice sounding emails, generated emails, but no details about a refund that supposedly was made 6 weeks ago.

Please upgrade your lost and found system ,keep the bus driver contact for emergency. Customer service is very helpful i will give you that but lost and found department just email me 3 months later telling me that they cannot find my stuff and telling me how to take care of it. Thank you

Had a terrible experience. The location of the bus stop was shown totally wrong in the booking confirmation. I arrived there and there was nothing, so I had to run with my luggage 25 minutes to the correct location and almost missed the bus and flight. Please correct that information!

I am a frequent and happy traveler with Flixbus. Sometimes the buses get delayed with or without SMS notifications, but that never disgusted me at any way. Toilet smell/sometime sluggish wifi should definitely be dealt with, but to me it is a minor issue. Great service for the prices they offer, keep up the good work. One of the price-worthy and reliable bus operator in Europe.

Greedy, dishonest and uncomfortable. They sell more green seats than what is available in the bus which leads to chaos. You have to sit on the reserved places meaning that you will have to change your seat when the owner of the seat gets on the bus. Shame on you! I will never take Flixbus again.

They deserve 0 Start,Very bad service, Poor staff, Staff does not have etiquette , if possible dont board this bus, better to spend more money through other means of Transport, these guys are not polite and on the rude side as well, Mostly the buses are Delayed, when we complain them about rude behavior of the staff they didn't done anything
I wish there are other Bus Service Providers come up so that customer have multiple choice rather than monopoly of one

What is wrong with this company? Nothing works anymore. The bus comes 40 minutes late and the driver takes his time to rest twice in 3 hours drive. It is getting from worse to worst.

On 14 Nov in Dusseldorf people including me started to wait for the bus for Eindhoven at 14:00, that was 40 minutes before the departure time, however, the bus didn't show on time as it supposed to be at 14:40, other Flixbus drivers who had earlier departure time told us it might have some delay, which means they also didn't see Bus Nr.268 Eindhoven has arrived, they told us a bus can't be as punctual as a train. Okay, we waited till 15:00, still no bus for us. 10 of us in total started to panic, we called the hotline, the customer service said it was on time. But if it was on time, why nobody got on board? In the end, NO bus for us, and the customer service insisted that the bus was on time, so no refund nothing at all and they hanged up some passengers' calls, left us helpless in the cold wind. End story. NO MORE FLIXBUS IN MY LIFE.

(PS: from Dusseldorf to Eindhoven, you can take Blablabus, train and DB bus, equally cheap but better service, at least they wouldn't fool you and keep telling you that the bus was on time and it was your fault that all of you didn't see the bus or late. )

I have forgotten my camera in the bus (there is no space for handluggage larger that a clutch) of Flixbus on the route Budapest – Vienna, and realised it 10 minutes after leaving the bus. The bus had already left the bus station, other flixbus drivers refused to help me find where the bus was awaiting cleaning.
I have filled out the Lost&Found form. Should this service actually exist in reality, it would be impossible not to find the camera.
But 14 days later I have received a templated answer that they have found nothing.

From an item accidentely lost, it became an item stolen by Flixbus.

I also suppose there is no security check of the Flixbus bus of any kind, if a forgotten black back under the seat haven't raise any security concern.

Oh yeah, and WiFi didn't work on the bus, and the toilet was dirty and had no water.

Flixbus is a service that has many destinations, which is quite practical to travel with. The almost always present delays however are extremely frustrating, especially when you bought two tickets from the agency and missed the second one because of a delay on the first one and they do nothing about it.
Customer service is also not the best, when you write an e-mail to them they don't even read it at first, and send an automatic, useless answer to your problem.

Worst service ever. My bus was delayed for two hours. There was no warning via the app or via email, I found out about it at the bus station. The Portuguese customer service number didn鈥檛 work because they had no agents covering that shift, I called the German one and whenever I chose to speak to an agent the call dropped. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak to the rudest agent ever, who was unable and unwilling to help us get on another bus that was right in front of us. It was just a matter of issuing new tickets. When told we were going to lose our flights and our money for them, he said 鈥淚 don鈥檛 know that you will, I don鈥檛 know about your life.鈥?

My name is Neset, booking number is #1051028100. I booked a bus on 19.08.2019 15:55 Solna station 鈫?Arlanda flygplats. I had been to the station 45 minutes before and waited until 16:15 then called customer service. I said that I was still waiting for the bus. She called the driver and said to me "driver had drived to an other direction and didn't stop there, If you want we can pay back" I said " No good. This is not fair," She said me that she could upgrade my booking to a very closed station which is after 30 minutes later, I asked if I could catch it, she said yes. I didn't know bus station places and much about Solna. She upgraded booking but I missed it. Because it was in Haga Norra station. It was impossible to be there in time. I got a taxi and paid 575 kr. Don't trust this cheap bus company. They say "we can pay your money back" What will you do with this money, can not pay for a taxi. Choose a real transfer bus company which is little bit expensive but trustable. I got it probably 100 times and never had problem. And never paid 575 kr because of their mistake.

BEWARE FLIX PANORAMA SEAT IS NOT THE SEAT YOU CHOOSE ON THE SEAT MAP. I spent an extra 5 euro on this option and was kicked out of the seat ina VERY nasty fashion. The driver was rude and angry and seemed to be high on either meth or cocaine, he was extremely violent and threw my shoesoff the bus and screamed at me and other passengers. I DO NOT feel safe on this bus now!!
BEWARE FLIX BUS!! IT'L LIES TO YOU IN REGARDS TO YOUR OPTIONS!!!
