Works fine, but it lack the information on what size the drill should be (5mm). And the sheet where the buttons should be, could be more precise (the two black buttons could be 0.5 cm up). All in all good product.

Upon installation the PS5 didn鈥檛 seem to be very secure but after speaking with customer service over numerous very helpful emails. Fitting the shorter rope first then the longer second on installation gives it so much more stability and is now 100% secure.
Not only does this floating shelf fit superbly, it looks jaw dropping the way it appears to float on the wall.
I have two of these for different rooms and they both look INCREDIBLE!!

The wall looks so much cleaner without there being a chunky floating shelf. Bravo to Floating Grip for this incredible design!!

Strongly recommend you go nowhere else for your console shelf. Other than floating grip!!

No way I would trust this. Installed it as instructed, watched my PS5 fall against my tv (luckily) then promptly ordered a different mount. Straight to the trash for this one unfortunately.

Great mount but instructions need work, could provide more useful information.

Shipping took a long time but they emailed saying we would have some form of compensation when our order arrived well mine arrived months later and nothing extra was in there to make up for the long delay so it was disappointing.

Honestly love the idea but it was not what I expected at all knowing that string is holding my device up is very nervous.

The box came damaged and had a minor tear. I was told a gift would be included as well since I preordered but I only got what I paid for. Fair enough

This review is specific to the PS5 version of Floating Grip.

I wanted to love this product. I previously had my PS4 on the wall using another companies product and I wanted to give this one a go due to price, however as it is, it does not work properly. It seems like a little more engineering needed to go behind it but there was maybe a rush to get it out for the holidays?

The smaller band is too short and too high up on the console so that the way it wraps and "holds" the top of the console is unstable and actually may even fall. The way it loops around the little round knobs and then is at the top of the PS5, when you put it on the rope starts to come out of the pegs. If this happens the whole unit will fall.

I am hoping this was just some kind of bad version to be fixed or something. Hoping the manufacturer will contact me about it as well for replacement or credit but we shall see.

I do think the company is great and has always been responsive and supportive..but I think they failed on this particular product.

Somewhat long delivery times, maybe COVID related. Good instruction videos.

Games room looks exceptional now

Instructions were very easy and took less than 20 min from start to finish. I will admit, I was hesitant at first hanging my PS5 but once I locked it in with the cords, my worries went away. It is very stable and fits perfectly behind my tv. Definitely would recommend!!

Does not leave your ps5 secure on the wall. It definitely does not sit snug in the ropes. I would get the hideitmount which is secure and screws on to your ps5.

The best and fit perfectly and the best part is that they took 2 extra days so they gave me an extra one and man I really appreciate it! The best!
