This is a very bad company. Launcing a very broken app and trying to sell it as a complete product. After buying and trying to set everything up I came to the conclusion it very a very stripped down version of a functional program. I tried applying for the refund (which they guarantee) but after not replying to my refund request and over 6 emails and questions under their ads (and being blocked). I asked American Express to help me out.. they saw that they where scamming me so they pulled back the money from their account.
I hate it when people try to scam others. I havn鈥檛 had this happen to me ever. They were rude and terrible on there chat on the website.
My advice… never ever do business with these pirates!

All the positive reviews are fake. No customer service, no support after bought it. Tool with a lot of limits.

Extreme poor customer service, impossible to trouble shoot, would stay far away from this product and use another service that offers the same thing but better customer service.

Very poor customer support and you can tell the product is not ready for market yet. I bought the product after seeing an ad for a sale – their website displayed a '30 day money back guarantee' – within a few hours of using the product i could tell it wasn't quite right for me so i contacted support via live chat – who ultimately referred me to emailing for a refund. I have since requested a refund multiple times and no one answers the email, and now, no one bothers to reply any more to my chat requests.

Flock Rocket has a terrible customer service. I chatted them on their website(rep: Erin Stanford) and through a post on their facebook page. Initially I just wanted to know if I understood correctly that paid accounts still required flockrocket branding unless you upgraded to a higher tier. They refused to acknowledge my concerns and questions and were rude to me and then offered to sell me a lifetime account for $59.
At no point in time did they try to understand my concerns, apologize for the way they handled themselves, try to de-escalate the rising tension of the conversation or anything. The chat on the website ended with "We don't take suggestions or feedback from non customers"
