Sent a request asking when my contract is up for renewal have not had the courtesey to reply back also no body takes any notice of the tank telemetry the last fills i have had to request a fill and wait ages on the phone
Rubbish company only in business because they have the monoply

Is there any health and safety in this company. After being left a leaking cylinder at my property and an emergency response to deal with it where the bottle had to be burnt off on my back yard for 3 hours. No apologies or call from any one regarding this! Can't belive this company would leave it in the first place. Just a good job I'm more health and safety conscious than you are or who knows what may have happened.

Yet again, following an appalling one hour time to eventually be able to report what was diagnosed as an emergency fault, still no engineer, no callback and they "might" get engineer out later today (now the following day). their shocking service has still not improved. same scenario last time and after complaints we were assured services were being improved and it wouldnt reoccur

My partner called into the Blaydon depot today and was blown away by the service he got from Matthew and Phil. They went above and beyond to help him and their knowledge and customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be back. Great brand representatives.

Given one star as can not give none.
Phoned to order gas today. Again 20 minute wait for call to be answered. Call staff friendly / polite but I am more concerned about the actual supply of LPG. When I asked I was advised – Flogas is hoping delivery within 10-16 days due to problems at a refinery. There was a problem at refinery last year – well that was ONE of the excuses for failing to deliver with many phone calls to chase and months of delay to delivery. Ordered November delivery finally arrived January? This time it is due to refinery having issues with coronavirus. I would be more sympathetic if it were not for the fact that this company continuously fails to deliver as per its contract or as stated will happen at time of placing order. So all things considered sounds like yet another excuse. Having read other reviews I am not hopeful of getting a delivery of gas anytime soon. Will post again if / when the delivery takes place. I would encourage people to start raising concerns with their MP. And look for another supplier when contract expires.

Got switched over automatically by just energy like we are are cattle being sold off or sheep should I say. Anyway, after 3 phone calls I've been told I can't pay my bill online – I'd have to ring them up and make a payment or go to the post office to pay !

First chance I get I'm gone !

"We deliver in 3-5 working days". No, you don't, why don't you just state it truthfully i.e "we deliver in 7-10 working days". At least, us people on cylinders can plan better so we don't run out and freeze to death.

First bulk delivery was reduced due to stock issue. I waited in for the next four appointments, all have been missed with no notification and no apologies. I am down to 6% and expect to be out of gas in the next few days. No heating and no hot water. The customer service team seem sympathetic but completely ineffective.

In September 2019, Flogas failed to deliver a gas order. So, we ran out.

To be fair to them, when we told them this they got a truck with us next day to fill up.

In January 2020, we ordered at 20%. Now down to less than 10% and no order delivered. Have rung and chased and given some rubbish about escalation.

Their delivery service is awful. Ordered gas on December 23rd when tank was 40%, chased them up a fortnight ago when 10% now practically out of gas and they still can't give me a delivery date. I'm told they will ring back but still waiting…….

Contract agreed in September 2019 after big negotiation, put price up 2 months later by 5ppl in December, said it was not a fixed contract. …..WHAT sharks

They have taken over my previous gas supplier. I rang in December when tank was at 40% now down to 6% I have rang them every week since December 10th for an up date on delivery…first excuse was refinery was closed so no gas avaiable. Yesterday I was told by the area manger that a delivery would arrive today. I have just contacted them again to be advised that the delivery due today was not booked in correctly!!! I just cannot believe this service. Waiting now for a call back. Flo gas you need to get your act together.

After 2 weeks chasing we are down to 2.5%, and down the local pub tonight (Royal Oak, Kinnersley, WR89JR) another local customer is in moaning about being completely out of gas (and yes, they are 'Flo'gas too) and had come to pub just to get warm. On 6th Jan at below 20% we were promised a delivery with 5-7 days, since then promised call-backs ref delivery not received and guess what, no-gas. Worse than a pub with no beer. Get your act together, and I mean within the next few hours, and pay for your customers drinks whilst you are at it. Where are they going to shower in the morning?

just joined bad move,first delivery within 2 days second 6 days,this delivery still waiting been 6 days heard nothing,tried to speak to a manager not in will ring you later was told still no call,if not here by mon/tues im cancelling my contract i have a 97 mother with us cannot afford to not have heating,ill let them take me to court not good publicity for them.

To be honest I鈥檝e had a fairly good service up to now hence the 2 stars but they鈥檙e having problems with supply, we鈥檙e down to 10% fill and they can鈥檛 give us a date for a refill, Had a text saying it would arrive yesterday but it didn鈥檛, shocking they can鈥檛 even offer an estimate for delivery, oh and apparently we can鈥檛 pay someone else to fill it as we鈥檙e in contract with them, well tough luck Flogas, see you in court ……

We are bulk users from a tank installed in our neighbourhood. I have rung 4-5 times to discuss the rate we are being charged. I have been told last week they would reduce the rate ppl if all 17 neighbours signed a document for 2 years. This would reduce the cost dramatically. Some 4-5 dayS later no paperwork, we will have to get the signatures. Today I rang again, and waiting on the phone for some 20 minutes+ to speak to customer service, this service is unacceptable and the charges are robbing us, they should get their Micky mouse company in order and start respecting their customers.

Still waiting for flogas to contact me down to 7% in tank same thing last year and to rub it in they have put the price up by 9.5 pence per llite they fitted a radio type thing to the tank so they would know when it got low waste of time have phoned two times but they can't tell when they will deliver very bad service

The worst service experience ever
Flogas took over from my previous gas supplier who had given good service over many years.
After 6 weeks of placing an order the tank hit zero. Each time I have called for updates there has been a 15 – 20 minute wait on hold before talking to customer services who has been unable to give any details on when delivery will happen. When I did get an email on a Friday saying that there would be a delivery the next day it never arrived. Sunday there is no telephone service, so 3 days on empty !
I only give one star as you can't give zero.

Nearly 40 mins waiting to be answered on the telephone, finally answered to be told wrong department spent ages on another telephone que. I'm still waiting to be answered. Can't register online without your account number. Website asks you to call if you don't account number. Need to offer to register my address not everyone will have account number on them.
