I am a customer used for approximately three months when all of a sudden the app said I was l logged into multiple devices, I was not. Since time i have been unable to sign in and used the app. I have sent multiple messages to customer service with no response. This happened to another user at the same time. I do not recommend if you want to keep your customers.

Sammi did an excellent job helping me navigate the options that would best fit my business flow. I so appreciated her being such a good listener and then walking me thru what I needed with suggestions along the way to enhance what I was looking to deliver to my customers. 2 weeks into the rewards platform with FLOK. Already seeing an uplift in business frequency. We have a very loyal and consistent customer base and was somewhat concerned that this would end up being a cost vs creating more engagement. Funny thing is, even our regulars seem to be coming back for a second time during the day for another "punch"! Love this small business application!

I have been a Flok Loyalty Merchant for a year now and have just renewed my subscription as a Massage Therapist & Bodyworker. Other than not being able to have phone support, I love the platform. Id love to understand more about the customer of the week, that it chooses each week, but the general concept of being able to push notify all of my clients at the same time, in order to alert them to open times because of cancellations and simply to communicate my weekly or even daily promotions to them is fantastic. I love the bot interface that answers the clients questions and sends them to my online scheduler. I feel the service is very reasonable and I love the online application for electronic loyalty card punching each time the customer comes in for a session. Flok is well worth the investment. Chris and his team were super helpful through the whole roll out. We were putting this in place at 3 locations in place of the rewards cards, so there were always going to be questions and teething problems but the Flok team made it easy and effortless for us to get going.

Recently I opened my own dance school in my own home town. It's super important to entice the community and really give them motivation to come and enjoy what I have to offer. Flok definitely has help me provide that "thing" that I needed. Flok has helped make my life easy with connecting with people and offering more to my clients.

I've been working with Carol M. and she's been an all star. She's directed when I needed direction and given me a ton a support. She's been very responsive through email and follows up on schedule with our phone calls.

I hope to continue this 5 star experience with Flok and my new pal Carol.

Love using FLOK as a client and customer! It was so easy to set up and understand, plus, our rep Chris makes it so easy to communicate with his immediate responses. I definitely recommend this for restaurants out there looking for a digital loyalty card app! Not only that, I've used FLOK as a customer for other restaurants and it's so easy and effortless to use making anyone of all ages want to download it!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE APP. This app does not work, and they don't care. No one from my loyal customers or even new customers wants to download the app. I have gained zero loyalty from this application and I've lost $200. They are completely unwilling to refund any money at all because "that wouldn't be fair to the monthly subscribers who pay more." It's complete crap. They made their buck, congrats, but if you are considering using this app: don't. Move on to something reputable.

Edit: see their response. They were not polite. Their service does not work. It 100% makes sense if their service doesn't work to request a refund. Their response further proves how much they value money over customer service.

I had a terrible experience with this company. a) their app is not user friendly nor is it worth your money. waste of time. then they sent me emails sayng my account would be suspended which was great because I didn't want the service anyway. so I didn't take any action on it. why bother if it's suspended right? well they decided to go ahead and run my credit card without authorization on an account that was suspended. I did not receive any emails telling me "Thanks for your payment" or payment reminder all I received was account suspension notices. Then when I called to cancel and request a refund the lady was so rude to me and told me I had to cancel on my own, they'd send me an email with instructions (which I still have not received btw) and cannot and will not issue a refund. stay very far away. waste of time and waste of money i'm so upset. you bet your butt I disputed the transaction with my credit card company because again, I did not authorize this charge!

It's a scam, they make you join their 7 days free trail and when you call to cancel, they would tell you that they can't cancel for you. When you go online to cancel in, it didn't go through. After that they charge you a full years service, then when you call they said no funds, when you don't even use thier service. It was my personal experience. They charged me $228. Waste my money for nothing. Hate this company.

Love Flok so far. Great customer service. Immediate replies and lots of help when needed. I鈥檓 frugal so the price point is more than I like but willing to give it a year and see how it goes!

Taylor Davis really helped me out with choosing what was right for my coffee shop. It was a friendly call with some great advice.I love the idea of Flok and not having to use paper punch cards. All of my customers love it too.
It's easy to use and easy for customers to sign up.
And AGAIN, Taylor Davis is great!

I was looking to setup an app for my restaurant business and gosh was it expensive to have one created from scratch. This is when I decided to do some research and was glad to come across Flok.

Flok offers a cross platform app solution with everything from a customer management system to a very easy to use loyalty rewards programme. This was just the thing I needed for my business and decided to go ahead with the VIP plan.

I was supported professionally throughout the whole process by a supervisor called Chris, who not only showed a particular interest in helping me set up my business, but also guided me throughout the whole journey and explained how to use all of Flok's innovative features.

If you are a business owner and are looking to go digital with an interactive app at a low price, I can't recommend anything other than Flok more!

WARNING! Be carful of Flok! For one, I bought a years worth of this service and stopped using after 6 months because it was NOT user friendly. As a small business owner it was more work than it ever was worth. I ended up spending so much time coaching my customers on how to use it and it just wasted so much time. Several customers complained about how confusing it was. So, I stopped using it. I figured I was out the money for the year, but oh well, won鈥檛 do it again. However, the worst was yet to come. Little did I know they keep, without consent, the billing information of their customers on file. Which leaves their customers, most small business owners like me, vulnerable to hackers. They keep it on file because they hope their customers, like me, won鈥檛 remember when their renewal is up and they can automatically bill them another year. They then will refuse to give a refund citing some fine print buried deep within their website, saying it must be cancelled before being charged. Once you are charged you are stuck with it and they refuse a refund, even if you don鈥檛 want to use their sub par service. Could they have sent a courtesy email warning you before being charged $300? Yes! Of course they could have. But do they? Absolutely not. Because they are hoping you won鈥檛 notice and cancel and they will have an opportunity to steal from your small business. I would NOT recommend this Flok!

I own a small business and was looking for a customer loyalty program that was simple, easy to use for both my staff and customers, and affordable. After doing tons of research and comparing what seemed like hundreds of different companies, flok came out the clear winner. Their program is so easy to use, but is backed by an amazingly robust back-end/admin portal where, if you want and have time, can really dig deep into all the analytics. But the actual program is so simple to manage and most of it's automated so I can basically "set it & forget it". And their customer service and on-boarding support is superb (talk to "Chris" if you can…he was absolutely wonderful as he helped guide us through our initial set up). All these features & benefits and flok is still only 1/4 the cost of other companies! Great program, great consumer & business apps, great customer service!!!

Poor customer service! I just bought their product not even 2 months and I had several bad communication. Called and left messages no response. I emailed more than a week now still no response. They said whenever I need the new QR code they can always send me the new one. Well, they did and the old one still working fine. Does it supposed to be invalid after being scrambled? What's the point to get the new scan code when people can take the old one to use ? Of course nobody answer for more than a week. I never see any company that poor customer service like this. Once they took your money, they are done. Very irresponsible. I will make sure I will find another product after one year.
Don't waste your time and money to this product. Very frustrating.
