I contacted customer service at first time,this shop didn't reply so I had to contact them again. Even considering special period ( new year),the shipping was slow. And I didn't like that they don't send customer the confirmation mail about order. ( Directly received a mail from carrier )
And at the last,they had mistake about dispatching. I ordered 3 product but they dispatched only 2.
Overall,poor service.

First time for me with this company and definitely I can say they are the best! Good products, good service and mostly great customer service. I鈥檒l order with them again! Thanks.

Poor service . I purchased clarins body fit product in black friday after a week they sent me an email about not having my order in their stock and they did not refund my money yet .
