Final Update: I raised the rating to two out of five stars only because a senior customer service rep named Alicia reached out to me last Friday, October 16th, to discuss my negative reviews. I explained to her that, over a month and a half ago, I tried to contact Flooring Inc directly to replace one tile that was the wrong color. I used the on-line contact procedures, sent email, and called twice without a response. In frustration, I posted these reviews. I had layed out my floor and needed this one tile before actually installing. I explained to Alicia that the project was at a standstill for a month and a half. with the area in disarray, waiting for this one tile. And once it finally came, it was folded with the backing off causing the adhesive to be contaminated. The tile was useless and I was beyond frustrated. Friday morning I threw out the entire order in the trash and proceeded to HD. That same day, Alicia left a phone message asking me to call her back. Once I reached her, after going through the horrid phone tree, she listened, was cordial, and understood my utter frustration and agreed to refund the payment and was very sorry for all that transpired. She gets a Five Star. However, the company is raised to a two star only because of her professionalism. All the reps should be like her. I do not plan to use this company again.

SECOND UPDATE: I JUST RETURN FROM HOME DEPOT WITH CARPET TILES PURCHASED SO I CAN COMPLETE THE FLOORING PROJECT. I FOUND A BOX ON MY FRONT PORCH THAT LOOKED RATHER SHABBY CONTAINING THE ONE TILE I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR OVER A MONTH. WHILE THE TILE ITSELF IS THE CORRECT COLOR, IT WAS NOT WRAPPED WITHIN THE BOX. IT WAS JUST LOOSELY PLACED IN THE BOX. THE TILE ITSELF HAS BEEN CREASED AND PART OF THE BACKING PAPER WAS DISLODGED CAUSING THE ADHESIVE TO BECOME CONTAMINATED. I PRESUME THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THE TILE WAS NOT WRAPPED OR OTHERWISE SECURED FOR SHIPPING AND THE PACKAGE WAS HANDLED ROUGHLY SINCE THERE IS A FOLD CREASE ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BOX AND THE BOX WAS FLATTENED. WITH THE CREASE IN THE TILE AND THE CONTAMINATED ADHESIVE, THE TILE IS USELESS.

UPDATE: ON SEPT 17TH, FLOORING INC RESPONDED TO MY FIRST REVIEW STATING A CORRECT TILE WILL BE SENT TO REPLACE THE WRONG TILE. ALMOST A MONTH LATER, I NEVER RECEIVED. IT MUST BE VERY DIFFICULT TO SEND ONE TILE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. IN RESPONSE TO MY SECOND POST, FLOORING INC STATED, ON OCT 13TH, THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE CORRECT TILE THE NEXT DAY WHICH WOULD MAKE IT OCT 14TH. AS EXPECTED, THE TILE WAS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU. I'M LOOKING TO BUY CARPET ELSEWHERE TO CONTINUE THE PROJECT.

I originally posted on Trustpilot and Reseller. Still don't have the tile. Can't install floor without it. Company never sent. All talk without any follow through. I would give negatve star. Stay away!!!

I ordered 49 carpet tiles which were delivered quickly. This order consists of 3 boxes of 16 tiles and one single tile. The single tile is the wrong color–did not match. The tile was also 1/8 inch larger than other tiles. I used the on-line contact and received an email acknowledging this and informing me that I will be contacted within one business day. No one contacted me after 4 business days so I called the number given. The phone tree said there was unusal call activity but I decided to wait. The system hung-up on me. Great customer service—NOT. Still have the mismatched tile and no response from company. First and last time ordering from them. Not worth the hassel.
Update: I tried calling again and, per the phone tree instructions, I asked for a call back rather than wait. I did this because their system indicated that I would not lose my place in the queue. There was NO call back.
Second Update: Flooring Inc responded to my post more than a week ago stating that they will send the correct tile. They did not contact me directly–only through their posting on Trustpilot. No tile. To recap: I tried contacting them directly three times; no response. I posted a negative review and they responded indirectly through Trustpilot stating that they would send the correct tile. I guess it took a bad review for them to care. But a week later, still no tile. It took less time to receive the original order. My advice still stands: stay away.
THIRD UPDATE: IT IS NOW OCTOBER 5TH OR ABOUT THREE WEEKS THIS COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY ORIGINAL POST STATING THAT THEY WILL SEND A CORRECTED TILE. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TILE. THIS MEANS THAT I CANNOT USE THESE TILES FOR THE FLOOR AS I AM ONE SHORT. THE ONLY RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY WAS THROUGH TRUST PILOT EVEN THOUGH I INITIALLY TRIED TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY THREE TIMES. AT THIS POINT, IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD.

I received an incomplete order. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for my Duracove molding and adhesive. I have sent numerous emails/ online chats that remain unanswered. I understand if the current pandemic situation is causing the delay, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Maybe this review will provide me with a resolution.

I ordered 96 carpet tiles, they were delivered when we were not home so I did not get to confirm or sign for the order and I only received 60 tiles out of my order. Once I realized thisI emailed, called and emailed again to try and get the rest of my tiles tracked down and no one has ever gotten back to me.

When I placed my order, I was told that the product would be shipped between 8/14-8/20. Those dates came and went without any word from the company. When I went online for an update I was told shipment was delayed until 10/05. Almost a 2-month delay, and it remains to be seen whether they will actually meet that new date. Delays happen of course, especially in this time of COVID, but FlooringInc.com still has not called or emailed me to offer any help or even an explanation. Very disappointed.

Placed order and waited for 2 months for shipment as original invoice stated delivery may be delayed due to Covid-19. After receiving e-mail to rate service I called and asked status of my order and was told by chat they would be back in touch ASAP. Heard nothing back and decided to dispute charges but they had already returned money on Visa. What B.S. I have lost 2 months of time getting a floor!!! {Poor customer service to say the least

Ive called numerous times to set up a return with no resolution at end of call and just saying we're waiting for manufacturer and in the mean time weeks are passing by.

thanks for contacting me and arranging for me to send back. setting up my own return was a challenge. it usually works out better for me for the retailer to set it up and deduct it from my return. none the less thank you

I waited for months for flooring to be delivered. When it arrived half of the order is still missing and more than 1/3 of my order that arrived was damaged or poor quality my (falling apart). After waiting on hold for hours, finally spoke to customer service and was told to send pics and they would replace the damaged tiles and send me an email to update status of remaining order. I am terribly disappointed.
