I have had two really bad experiences with Follestad. Once I bought a kr. 3.000,- blazer jacket, in which I had some adjustments. Surprisingly they did not care to check with a final fitting. This was a few years ago, and recently I went back to buy some undershirts and was in a strong buying modus, but the two young gentlemen who worked (Paleet, Saturday, 13th. July 2019) there was so snobby and did not even give me a smile when I asked for help. I politely said goodbye and left the store.
