What a great idea! It is good to see a friendly, effective business model working professionally. What they say is what you get. The fact that you can now sell phones very efficiently means you don't have to ask yourself "what shall i do with my old phone" when replacing it anymore.

The only minor issue I would have is that it would be nice if they had an English version for us English speakers = )

Overall, I am very happy with the service. The whole process was very efficient. I also had the opportunity tointeract with customer service and the company's approach was very professional. I knocked off one star, as I feel that the prices offered for state-of-the-art handsets could be a bit more competitive, but you can't have everything, can you?
