I went to this shop in Callendar Square shopping centre in Falkirk to get my iphone unlocked and it did not happen. I returned to the shop to ask why. After being told I hadn't restored my phone, which I had several times as well as upgrading to the latest iOS, I was told to get out of the shop and never come back. I was informed I would not get my money back and if I had a problem with this to contact trading standards.
If it was possible to give a zero star or negative rating I would have. I would never recommend to anyone to go to this shop. Go anywhere else. Avoid at all costs.
