I have had the most unprofessional and frustrating experience after receiving 3 screen replacements from Fonez. I experienced serious issues including faulty screen replacements, lack of communication, false promises of compensation, and privacy issues. Please do not use their services, especially not for repair, it is a complete waste of time and money

I will never ever be returning to fonez. I鈥檝e only ever received faulty and dodgy products , those include phones and phone screens. I am very disappointed by the work that has been done on my current phone and previous phones.

I have never left a bad review online but feel obliged to after my experience with Fonez. I recently bought the 鈥楽amsung鈥?Level U wireless headset from Fonez. I had previously used my partner鈥檚 Samsung Level U headset and was very impressed with its quality and thought I was getting a great bargain with Fonez at 鈧?9! When my headset arrived l soon realised it was not the same. The 'Samsung' headset I bought from Fonez looked different – the bands were rigid plastic whereas my partner's had movable, flexible bands. The battery life on my headset was very poor, max 3-4 hrs of use. When I went to charge my headset for the first time it was very difficult to open the plastic covering and I ended up having to get a sharp pencil to pry it open. Again, my partners鈥?Samsung headset pops right open. I then learned that my headset could only pair with one device, and this shouldn't be the case. I have received mixed reviews from colleagues about the microphone quality. The sound quality has become so poor that I stopped using it altogether. Also, my headset came with no official Samsung literature. I began researching and came across numerous videos and articles that compare fake and authentic Samsung Level U headsets – needless to say I am convinced I was sold is a fake. I sent an email detailing my concern, along with pictures of the two devices compared but no one in the company has ever responded to me. So not only is the product they sold me poor quality, so too is their customer service.

fone was delivery on times, but ye mess up on the charger, but ye did correct this once i advise ye. only thing i found strange if the phone is below 30% in the battery and i received a inbound call, it will go dead. so i have to be careful that i monitor this to avoid drop call. the phone itself meet my requirement only exception is the battery level go below 30% and the fear of phone going dead if getting an incoming call.

I was looking for Samsung Level U EO-BG920 Bluetooth headset and since it's an older model it's a bit hard too find. I was delighted when I found out Fonez has a few in stock so that I can avoid buying from unreliable sources online. So I bought it in person in the store and obviously expected the product to be original so I stored it away for a few months until the headset I was currently using gave out, which was about half an hour ago. I went ahead to open the headset that I bought in Fonez and the packaging felt different but I didn't think much of it. Then when I took the actual headset at first I thought it was an earlier production line but then upon further inspection I realised that it is in fact a Chinese copy. Original Samsung products are made in Vietnam which can be verified on the box, so if you see made in China don't buy. Very disappointed 🙁

I recently visited the Grafton Street store to buy a screen protector. When I got back to the office to put the screen protector on my phone, the screen protector cracked to pieces in my hand. I returned to the store a few minutes later where I met Daniel (I think) who offered to exchange it for a new one. I was happy enough with the offer so I took the new one and asked if he could put it on the phone for me, which he said no they don't do that. So I said ok and went back to the office. When I returned to the office and took the screen protector out, I realised he gave me the wrong one. I went back to the store for a THIRD TIME to ask for a refund because I was just fed up at this stage. I met Daniel again who refused to refund me and said he wasn't even going to exchange the first screen protector but did it as a favour. I asked why he wouldn't refund me and he couldn't give me a straight answer. I was furious at this stage and he said the only thing I can do is just exchange it again. I said ok so I'll take the correct one. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and incompetence! They didn't seem to be busy at all and I can see why now! I will never return to this store and I will be sure to spread the word. I would like if this feedback could be given to the staff in this store and the appropriate actions taken. Can't see it lasting that long if they continue to carry on in this manner.

I recently visited the letterkenny store I had an issue with my phone and was looking to have the phone repaired, but after speaking with Jamie I decided against getting the phone repaired due to the cost and the age of the phone my main concern was the information on my phone and would have been upset to lose my photos, Lee said that they would be able to fit a screen temporarily so my information could be transfered to another phone, so I picked another phone and between Jamie and Lee they managed to setup my new phone with all my information intact. Catherine was also very helpful in helping me select a good cover and screen protector, I would highly recommend this store to anyone A++

Please DONT SHOP HERE. Worst customer service and experience I have ever had. About a year ago I bought an iPhone 6 from Fonez and within no more than 3 months I had battery issues. I brought it back to them lucky I didn't have to pay since the phone had a 3-month warranty which should have been a red flag. the battery only lasted for like 4 months and I went to go get it fixed and I paid for it this time. now that battery didn't last long also so I went to go it fixed and once again I paid. That battery only lasted 9 months. that battery didn't last long either so I decided to let me just take this to Compu and the told me that the batter tabs had to be removed and the battery placed was never a new one but a used one. I was so angry that they had never been solving the problem but giving me a used phone. I went back to Fonez and they simply did nothing they even lied and said I only got my battery fixed twice but thank God I kept all the receipts. Now my phone doesn't even turn on anymore which has affected my business. Save yourself your money and don't buy from them

the headset of the phone was not working when we received the phone and you would not repair the headset or give us a replacement as there was a tiny crack on the screen.
