the app is broken, showing current orders what i never order..support is just loading and after 'something got wrong', it's just stresfull

Their app is okay. However, the service is not that good. There was a time that they failed to notify me that one of the meals that I ordered was not available. My order came just in time. Hoping for their services to improve.

I got an email from them that I was refunded and gave me a reference no. And present it to my bank as they instructed. As my bank reviewed there was no any refund that was made and I waited for almost 2 weeks. they didnt even confirm my last 4 digits of my card that I used for payment. And their customer support is not helpful and unprofessional using spiels over and over again. I dont know if there customer service representative knows how to read, it seems like you're talking to some type of r3tard person. Please use cash as mode of payment so you wont be scam like they did to me.

This is great go-to app when you just feel lazy and wants to cap off the night. They just need more teeth with the merchants they accept – sometimes they give incomplete orders and getting a hold with anyone via their chat line is almost futile. They can easily refund vouchers but they need better reps who are not too reliant with canned responses.

I ordered food on 15th Dec, 2019 and i clearly mentioned the address
and the rider didn't delivered. They now charged me for the food which i even didn't taste. They are not refunding the money. I want my refund back.
