I filled out the relevant form on their website when ordering the item, one of the questions was the colour of the phone so the case will match it.
I received the item relatively quickly so no problems there, but the case was the wrong colour. The case they sent was black and the phone it will be going on is white (which I requested and showed on the order) so it would look ridiculous, giving that the case doesn't fully cover the phone.
I tried to contact their customers services using the relevant form on their website, after not hearing anything from them for over a week I emailed them directly and they emailed back instantly advising that the form on the site isn't working properly, So they asked me what the problem was, and I informed them of the error and asked if it can be replaced. And I've still heard nothing back from them to this day even after sending 5 follow up emails asking for a reply to my email.
Even if the case was the correct colour I wouldn't have been impressed as it was a very cheap looking sticker stuck to a blank case, but it's the lack of communication that really let them down.
Not impressed.
