a month or so later my wife offered to purchase the parts for me for Xmas, so i bought the Dresser Bumper 拢158 the fitting kit 拢10 and the splitter 拢50. Everything arrived…..guess what it didnt go close to my ST, even though i was assured it would fit. So gets back on to Ford and they then tell me they made a mistake with my VIN and it wont fit!!!!
So i pack it all up, get told they will collect it Thursday, no one comes, Friday, no one comes, Monday finally arrives and picks the part up. 2 days later it shows as received so i email asking for my refund, no reply, next day i email again no reply, all to the same person who emailed me back within 20 mins when i was paying for it.
So i open another complaint ticket, wait 2 days to be told there is already a ticket? Then when i ask whats happening i am told to use the original ticket………..so i do……..no reply, still no refund. I wait 4 days then try another email, no reply. So i get fed up and open a new ticket to say how disgusted i am at the customer service, only to be told. We are really busy and it can take 48 hours to respond. Then i get a really sorry we have the parts and will refund you. 2 more days no refund/?? So i get in touch with PayPal and open a dispute hoping it will get their attention, low and behold the next day i get a refund. Only then do i see they refund me with an echeque and i am told by PayPal it can take up to 21 days to clear!!!!
I email Ford so called Customer Service to tell them what a shower of S*** they are and that its obvious they did the echeque to slow the refund down and frustrate me even further…….still waiting on a reply to that one.
Do yourself a favour. if you want Ford parts go to your local dealer parts department. I rang Fords helpline go put through to good knows where only to be told that Ford dont have a parts department!!! awesome company. i bought the items on 18th November, writing his on 16th December just had my refund after threatening PayPal with a solicitor if they didnt clear the so called echeque…..absolutely will never buy another part online form Ford ever……..rather go to the boy racer websites…at least you get a reply from them

Ordered wasn't procesed till more then 24hours after then to be told they do not post on weekends so I would have to wait till Wednesday now because of new year.
No explanation why my order wasn't posted out the day before if I ordered 9am in the morning and they had stock of the part,
I phoned ford information office uk and they said all they have herd from this company is complaints from there customers about faulty and incorrent parts and to stay well away.
Ford are looking into it

Well needed a reverse switch for my mk2 focus.
I bought one from another motor factor and it was wrong even though they had the reg of my car, So I ordered one from fordparts and once it had arrived I found out that the part like the other was wrong.
So an online chat with the support team found the unit I needed was for a mondeo ( who would of guessed that) they sent it out straight away with a returns envelope for the other unit.
All in all will use again and have done so.
Kind regards Adam

To sum it up shocking communication.
I placed an order for a gasket I needed quickly, I asked the live chat attendant if I would receive it by Friday (this was Tuesday lunch time) I was told I would. So I proceeded to place the order online to notice the delivery address had to be the same as the card address, so I went back on the chat and asked if I could have it delivered to me work address and was told "yes but only when using PayPal". So I placed the order that Tuesday lunchtime, paid via PayPal and received an acknowledgement email (with no detail about the order other than a reference number).
Then on Friday afternoon I received an email saying that as the PayPal address differed from the address I provided on their website it would need to be delivered to the PayPal address. It took 3 days to tell me there was a problem! Had they told me the same or even following day I could have sorted something out.
I then received a snotty email saying that I was informed of this prior to placing the order which I wasn't, the chat attendant didn't tell me this (practically the opposite), it wasn't mentioned during the checkout process and there was no detail AT ALL in the confirmation email.
I have been refunded (quickly I might add so they can do something right).
Had they made the information easily accessible, hell had they informed me in less than 3 days none of this would have been an issue.
I should have realised that a company that doesn't offer a customer service phone number would provide such an unprofessional and shocking service. I guess you get what you pay for!
