The website states that dispatch is within 24 hours. It's now day three and my order, to my knowledge has still not been dispatched. A tracking number is meant to be emailed which has not been done. There is no contact number to speak with a consultant so the only means of contacting someone is via their support email address. I've received one response from Kim stating my order was to be sent early this morning. It's now lunch time and still no answer. I've messaged facebook, which is a waste of time; have used their website contact form with one response from Kim, and have received no response from them via their email address.
The customer service is appalling and there is no communication at all regarding your order and there is definitely no support from staff.
I have now spent over $150.00 with their business and have no idea whether I will receive my items.
I am hoping they are able to rectify this so I can amend my review and recommend their business to friends alike.
**Update: response received from Kim that my order has been cancelled

I am only 2 weeks into using the product so I haven't seen any results yet but my skin definitely feels nicer already.
