Forever Derma

Product did not arrive after 10 business days, no replies to emails. Complete scam, the same product is available elsewehere for half the price. No contact phone number on their website. As per other reviews DONT buy from them.

3 weeks after ordering and after repeated attempts to email them I have received no goods and no response.
I am reporting to ACCC and notifying Mastercard – I believe this is a scam website that has been well set up.
I will edit/remove this post should I hear from them

This website is a complete scam. Ordered from them and have not received anything. It has now been ten days since I placed the order. I can not get in contact with them either. On top of that after ordering through them my credit card was used for online purchases which I did not make to the value of $350 dollars. Please beware!!!

Unfortunately I am having the same experience with Forever Derma. I ordered a dermaroller a week ago from them and paid $79.99 and I have heard nothing from them. I have been trying to contact them every way I can but unfortunately I have no phone contact or address!! I have cancelled my credit card incase it is a scam and right now it seems to be a scam!! I hope that my dermaroller arrives in the mail very soon so I can amend this review! Very disappointing considering they claim to sell Australias No 1 premium dermaroller!! They also have a facebook page which has had no activity since March. Will keep you all updated – hopefully with a positive review and this is all a misunderstanding.

The website states that a schedule can be completed and emailed to you which I imagine is a regime that is specifically designed for you, I've only received an automated response with no other correspondence around this. Not sure why this is featured on their website when they can't fulfill this.

The website states that dispatch is within 24 hours. It's now day three and my order, to my knowledge has still not been dispatched. A tracking number is meant to be emailed which has not been done. There is no contact number to speak with a consultant so the only means of contacting someone is via their support email address. I've received one response from Kim stating my order was to be sent early this morning. It's now lunch time and still no answer. I've messaged facebook, which is a waste of time; have used their website contact form with one response from Kim, and have received no response from them via their email address.

The customer service is appalling and there is no communication at all regarding your order and there is definitely no support from staff.

I have now spent over $150.00 with their business and have no idea whether I will receive my items.

I am hoping they are able to rectify this so I can amend my review and recommend their business to friends alike.

**Update: response received from Kim that my order has been cancelled

This was my first time ordering a derma roller and I have to say I am very happy with the product. Kim was a pleasure to deal with and she helped me to figure out what size I needed.

I am only 2 weeks into using the product so I haven't seen any results yet but my skin definitely feels nicer already.
