I ordered something off this website a month ago and a week later noticed I hadn't even received a confirmation email regarding my purchase however did receive one from PayPal saying the money was taken out off my account. I phoned the company and was assured that the item would be with me within the next week which of course it wasn't. So I phoned back a week later to be informed that there has been problems with 'items going missing' on royal mails behalf and that they would look into it and get back to me…which again they didn't. So I phoned back and was told by a different person that the item I had ordered was faulty and that they were waiting on another delivery which would be in the next week and they would send it next day delivery as soon as it came in. So a week later after still nothing I phoned again and was told the delivery never came in but they would send me a different item that was worth more than the original thing I purchased in the first place and they would send it out to me next day delivery so almost a week later I phoned again to tell them it still hadn't arrived and they assured me it would be here 'tomorrow' which it was, however the item I received was cheaper than the item i had initially paid for and it wasn't even in the right size. This is hands down the worst company I have ever had dealings with in my life!
