I ordered 3 cabinet pulls as a sample. When I placed the order they didnt have the 5 inch of the cabinet pull I really wanted. Frankie called me and asked if I wanted the 5 inch based on my other 2 pulls and he sent me the 5 inch at no additional cost. And I love it!!! Cant wait to place my full order for the Brass Solid 鈥渢exture no.2鈥?knurled pulls

Beautiful hardware pulls! Exactly what I was looking for. The quality is wonderful as is the weight of the product. We had an issue with a few of the pulls and they sent replacements immediately. Highly recommend!

Pretty awful customer service and no available replacement parts. Ordered a slew of wall hooks which only came with 2 screws each in a pretty rare finish. A couple of the screws got stripped or damaged during install. Customer service rep basically berates me for having the utter gall to damage a couple of screws during an installation of a project before informing me that replacements aren't available offers to let me buy additional hooks with the screws to replace the screws. Buy specialty hardware elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. My architect and owner aren't happy at all about having to replace an entire wall of hooks because the company doesn't offer any replacement parts.

Unfortunately, ordered the wrong hardware and forgot to mail it back within the 14 days.
Overshot by a couple of days when I forgot them in the trunk of my car.
When I inquired they sent me their policy and a smart ass note to review their policy of which I already had reviewed it.
Not impressed at all.

I ordered 40 champagne bronze inset self closing hinges, and 2 cabinet knobs of the same color on August 19. The order has been delivered to my house in CANADA 5 days later!!! The count was good and the merchandise was in mint condition. I will refer the Forge Hardware for sure. A lot of merchandise that Forge Hardware is selling is NOT available in Canada. The Richelieu hardware in Canada is only selling a couple of items in Bronze Champagne finish. They haven't figured out that when people buys kitchen cabinet handles/pulls, and faucets in champagne bronze finish, they would also like to buy the hinges as well. I emailed them several time with no responses.

I discovered the Forge Hardware by surfing on the Internet, looking for the champagne bronze hinges. I am more than satisfied with their services (definitely client services oriented), and suggested they start distributing in Canada.

I must say as a business owner, this company has by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. I needed to expedite shipping on my new kitchen hardware. I used their chat and within 5 minutes of giving them my phone number i recieved a phone call. They expedited overnight shipping right away. I couldnt ask for more. Amazing! The hardware was beautiful but the were also so nice. We had to speak to them on the phone and required some hand holding. They were great from beginning to end. Our clients loved the hardware and we're so happy to continue working with Forge.

I ordered the Matte black drawer pulls and knobs for our newly remodeled kitchen in Massachusetts. They are a perfect compliment to our updated farmhouse style kitchen. The are a nice substantially weighted handle and look absolutely amazing against our white cabinets . We have a brick backsplash and matte black faucet and pot fillers. the handles complimented this look perfectly. Frankie was wonderful to work with at Forged Hardware . I had a question regarding the finish and he made me feel that he was very much invested in making sure we received exactly what we had hoped we were ordering.
