Why a good site: well it promised good, out of print book that is free for download, with no malware or viruses
But
The unethical side: After you downloaded the book and open it, you will notice that the book has being delete off some of the pages randomly and if you want to read these pages, you need to PAY!
There are some other sites that will offer the same book in good condition for free, such as archive.org

My personal experience with this site and the books they offer has only been good. They offer cheap editions of otherwise out of print books, and the process they use to reproduce them is quite good. I've been on the website and downloaded a few books. Always had a good experience with them, no viruses or shady goings-on.
