We clearly mentioned our product鈥檚 fragile nature on the online booking form and communicated it to Forrun鈥檚 call center agent as well. We packed our product and clearly labeled it FRAGILE (DON鈥橳 PRESS). The rider was supposed to pick the package in the early hours, but despite the commitment, he came very late to pick the package at 3:15 pm.
We shared the tracking number with our customer, who called Forrun on Friday to report that the package had not been delivered. The representative said that the package is still on route to Lahore and will be delivered if it reachers Lahore before 12 pm.
Our customer reported on 16 May 2020, Saturday, that the package has still not made it to the destination. Upon calling Forrun鈥檚 representative, Akif, instead of accepting false commitment, started to give lame excuses that they don鈥檛 have any system of tracking and that the package will now be delivered on Monday, 18 May 2020.
During this whole ordeal, I had an awful feeling that something horrible is going to happen to our package. Then at 6:00 pm on 18 May 2020, our customer sent images of our handmade product that was not only delivered late but delivered in an utterly destroyed state.
This wretched dis-service known as FORRUN has played a huge role in damaging our reputation as a brand and has caused a ton of inconvenience and mental stress to both our beloved customer and us.
Obviously, this will be my first and last experience with Forrun and I would urge everyone to boycott Forrun鈥檚 service as they鈥檙e a bunch of absolutely nonprofessional people who have no idea how to run a courier company and what good customer service is all about.
