We have been using Forte Trinity for a number of years and they have been consistent throughout. Very fast service when requesting minor changes to our website and very friendly staff.

Although we have had ups and downs with this company in the past they now seem to have things sorted. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and also very patient . They are quick and efficient at getting requested changes and updates done .

Having used Forte Trinity for the past 6 years we can honestly say we have found them a pleasure to work with, very pleasant staff and very responsive.

Forte Trinity is a money making machine only, thier game is to get small companies to sign a belt & braces contract promising SEO ( top of Google ) and is something they have no intentions of doing. If you catch them out like we have, they turn from a web designer to Lawyers very quickly and professionally, In my opinion they are far better lawyers than IT specialists. SCAM COMPANY, WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Sorry to see that you have so many bad reviews. When my website and my encounters with Forte Trinity was the most productive and most positive steps I took in recent years. I have hit my goals and had plenty of business through the website. They have evolved my website and my business ……

I should of taken the previous reviews more seriously before signing up with Forte Trinity. From the start when they sent out their "head of sales" who turned up in a recycled suit my first impression wasn't good but I carried on with the meeting, everyone deserves a chance. It's not like I even picked them for price, My website has been made in some kind of drag and drop editor and it still took them months to deliver, I can't believe that they have that much of a back order to take that long!

I've had many problems with my site along the way, emails go down over the weekends, site gets hacked, they have two nice people there who do their best to fix it – but I feel like they are just putting plasters over a decapitated arm as the same problems keep occurring. Another big issue is that they say that they open at 9am but they don't even turn their phones on until half 9! I don't live too far from Forte Trinity and occasionally go past it in the mornings on my way to a call out and the shutters are still down at 10 past 9!

So, if you have big pockets, want a crappy site, only want the services you pay for to work 50% of the time and no one there in the morning to fix it then sure, 10/10 for Forte. There are a lot better options in the Leigh area that offer website services.

Paid a lot of money to these guys in the past and still haven't had the website. It appears you own nothing. I would never recommend this company.

We have worked with Forte for many years without any issue. Recently we decided to set up a new improved version of our website with them and we are very pleased. The design is excellent, their support has been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We highly recommend this company for your website design and support.

I use Forte Trinity now for everything web-based. They offer great advice and constantly review our website performance. We have used other companies in the past who were clueless and offered no aftersales care. We are market leaders in our industry thanks to the work of Forte Trinity

The director of this company likes to issue threats to customers who leave accurate reviews of their poor service.

This company called one of their customers a c*nt, then threatened to give them bad reviews when they complained. They issued a direct threat via email.

Don't use them. Don't trust them. Don't be taken in by the MD's platitudes. They are a very nasty bunch.

I paid Forte Trinity to build a website for me, i am dissatisfied with the end product and the quality of the service I received along the way. Sorry wouldn't recommend.

I'm a Freelance Bookkeeper and paid 拢2,700 (post 10% Discount) for a 5 Page Website, Support and Search Engine Optimisation. It took them 5 months to complete and even then I was constantly chasing. Now it's 7 months later and they want me to renew. I'm not renewing so supposedly I have to pay a further 拢200 for the files. Avoid this company, their designs are pretty good but their Customer Service is appalling.
