Couldn't find pet immune motion sensor even under "accessories". Had to do a search just to find them.
Your shopping cart is still saying that "credit card number does not match type". All Amex's start with 3, Visa = 4, MC = 5, Discover = 6.

would have preferred free shipping————-now that I have the s03 — it is defective. It does not work with the wifi. After a good few hours on my own and with your very good customer service, they have to send a new unit.

Not clear how SO3 system connects to my wireless WIFI. 2.4/5GHz etc. How far from WiFi router can it be? Talked to nice support lady who said it all happens through phone ap. Need to tell us more on website.

Remotes look great, programmed remote in the controller and it accepted the remote but does not arm or disarm system, have to contact fortress to see what else is needed to get to work as it didn't come with additional instructions.

The overall experience was tainted by being sent a SIM card that could not be activated three times. The initial customer service agent simply told me the card would not work and sent another. It turned out to be the same, no letter which is needed according to the activation page. I bought a third card and it came.with no letter as well.

When I finally contact customer service to demand a full refund I spoke with Jessica who was able to get the initial card manually activated. She was great.

I have not installed the equipment yet, however, I contacted technical support several times before the purchase and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I have every belief that this system will fit our needs very well, and I already have plans to purchase three more systems, provided that the install, setup and configuration go well with the originally purchased system. Thank you.

I have broken 2 of my door window contact , the woman said she would replace them for free and never got them

This is my second security system. Haven't installed it yet but looking forward to it being the same high quality I have grown to expect. Hope the app works well. Read reviews that were mixed. Time will tell.

The main panel of a s-6 Titan failed within 30 minutes of applying ac power. I called and spoke with a young lady who shipped a new panel that same day.

Put in an order for a nice system for the house we are moving into. Weeks went by and the tracking they gave me never updated. Contacted them and found out the items I ordered were out of stock and they were waiting to receive more. They had sent me a tracking number weeks earlier, and did not ever email or contact me regarding a back order or stock issue. I was upset, and I voiced this. The timing was everything as the stock they were waiting on came in that very day, and I asked them to expedite the order, and received it just two days later.

I ordered and received a notification that the order was shipped. 2 days later when I followed up if it was delivered, I was notified that there was no stock and I have to wait a week before it will be shipped.

The item showed in stock at the time of purchase.

In future, please remove items that are not in stock

Had to use the search to find the pet immune detector to purchase separate from the S6 package (I wanted to add a couple detectors), as it isn't listed on the accessory page for the S6 system. The my sight camera has no description on some of the listings (the listing on the S03 page does have a description).

I bought the SO2 system quite a while ago, and worked when I needed it. Now with the virus going around I thought I would beef up the system incase things get really bad. I got switches really fast, but haven't installed them yet, I have to figure a way to match up with garage doors and frame. I think programming will be easy and I'll call if I have questions. I've always been happy with Fortress. The chat line was great before I bought switches.

Had to wait a long time for this to come back in stock, since December 2019. Had multiple savings codes which did not work which would have saved 25%.

The ordering process went well and your site was easy to use:) However, when I looked at ordering a few extras, using a new order, I found the shipping cost to be way to high (Like almost $10.00 for a less than $10.00 order!) I sent you an email about this when I saw the cost, thinking I may have a shipping cost option that I was not aware of. I've deleted my order and will use another source for what I need (some batteries and some sticky tape).
