One month ago I purchased a handgun from a website dba GunBroker.com The sell actually went to a dba website Barrels and Arrows in Marshall, MN. My purchase was made in full on July 13,2020 and still I've received no firearm? Contacting GunBroker.com was totally a waste of time, as they did not respond one time. Obviously after the sell is completed they wash there hands of any contact with the consumer. After contact with Barrels and Arrows, they were very apologetic, but this didn't solve the issue of the missing handgun? Barrels and Arrows laid blame on the USPS, stating that they have lost gun purchases in the past? Four phone calls later and several emails to locate the missing handgun have revealed nothing from Barrels and Arrows? I've been very patient and have waited long enough, now I'm suggesting a full refund of my money. My suggestion to anyone considering purchasing a firearm online, think twice, do your homework, I feel as if this is a total scam. I'm not receiving quality, solid information on the issue and feel as if I've received the run around. Purchase directly from a local gun store in your city or state. Avoid online gun sells. Don't risk your hard earned money. Stay far away from [email protected] must be a scam as the website is strange?
