Did above and beyond an incredible job acquiring my item, and was very informative and polite every time I reached out to settle any of my concerns or questions. This was my first time requiring a forwarding service so of course I had worries, but those quickly dissipated. I received fast responses and was kept updated with each state of the process and tracking. Shipping was quick, and FedEx used Walgreen's on-site pickup location when my address couldn't be accessed 鈥?which was a good call, because porch pirates are a problem where I live. On another occasion when I attempted to request an item that was out of stock with one seller, the refund process was fast and a total breeze as well.

Needed a miracle, ordered items a week before Christmas from Singapore for presents for my friends and family.

Used their request to shop,very easy, just copy and paste links and pay, they placed the order quickly on my behalf!

The first experience was great. There was only one shipping option though and it was a bit expensive. Else all great!

At first I was super sceptical since most services for buying stuff from America seem kinda scam-y and have mixed reviews..but forwardbuy was incredible. They have really good customer service and would always get back super quick. And their shipping is so fast..it got here in under a week. I still can鈥檛 believe it

Hassle free. Purchase was done within 3 days. Update on the status was very prompt and I received my order about a week after it left the warehouse. Of course I hope the shipment fee will be more affordable.

I use ForwardBuy regularly to purchase items that are not available in the US. I only wish that the shipping cost would be less expensive.

This is the first time I've used forwardbuy.com. I prefer it because of the ability to consolidate my packages which I was failing to do with Aramex. Also I am able to send them an email and get a response within 24 hours which is very commendable. However, I feel they take too long to update the records on the website making time between buying items and actually receiving them a bit longer. Also I subscribe to have my own singapore virtual license, and I need to submit the same KYC forms every month as the subscription is Monthly. They should consider having a quarterly or yearly subscription to avoid this.

Really fast and trustful service. There is nothing to complain.
There is only one recommendation they should consider. If you would offer shipping also by post with tracking it would be much more interesting to buy even small things because using always Fedex even for goods with quite low value it makes no sense.

Orders were processed on the fly. Customer service was very helpful regarding questions about orders and paperworks for customs clearance. However, the order status need to be updated more so we don't have to send email to ask.

I am really pleased with my experience. I used the service to buy shoes which had sold out in my country. I delivered from Singapore to Australia, my product came within a week of finalising the delivery 馃槉
I was hesitant at first as I had never used a service like this before however the team were quick to reply to my emails and everything worked out perfectly!

This is regarding my order. It is over 7 days you have placed order. Please update me whether you have received the package and why it is so late.

In the address I informed for the shipment there was the suite number of the warehouse to which the order was being sent. This number was not placed in the package, which made it difficult to locate the order after delivery.

Second time I have used this service and have had no issues. It is not cheap but if you want a hard to find item sent from Singapore to Australia then these guys are great.

Worked perfectly. They bought a bag via carousell and they picked it up and sent it to me all the way to Germany. Highly recommend this company if you want something from Singapore that can only be bought via meet up or national shipping!

Easy and quick to use in the USA

I don't normally bother writing reviews unless a company has either really impressed or really annoyed me – the fact is, Forwardbuy was such a great service that I feel compelled to tell everyone.

I recently wanted to buy an item only available in Singapore, so I weighed up a few options and decided to go with Forwardbuy because their fees were the most reasonable, and they had some good reviews. I used their ShopForMe service because it worked out much cheaper for the single item I wanted than subscribing to use their delivery address (5% of the item cost – around 2.50USD – compared to I think 12USD).

The site was really easy to use: just create a shopping request with a link to the item, its description, and any other specifications you need to include. My item was a pretty straightforward one on a popular retail site, so I didn't really need to go into detail.

The postage estimator on their site was really accurate – I was charged the same price that I was originally quoted (I've heard horror stories about other forwarders bumping up the export shipping costs once you've already ordered). With that, and their flat fee of 5% of the item cost (with no additional fees for Paypal etc), there were no surprise charges later, which was a relief.

I really like the fact they use Paypal for everything – made me feel reassured that, if anything did go wrong, I'd be able to raise a case through them.

I placed my order request on 29th October, and the item arrived to me in the UK today 4th November. I think that's an amazing turnaround time! My item was well-packed against damage, and I was kept updated every step of its progress via friendly, informative emails. The only shipping option available to me was Fedex, which was pricey, but it did mean I could track my package and receive it in quickly.

In short, I would happily use Forwardbuy again in the future if I needed to source an item directly from Singapore. Their service cost for ShopForMe is very reasonable, and although the shipping cost feels a bit high, it's still cheaper than other forwarders I checked, and doesn't appear to be unreasonable. Great service. I received regular updates throughout each step of the buying/shipping process. My purchase was (re)packed and shipped quickly. Package arrived to the US in great condition. Would recommend this service in the future.
