A friend of mine ordered plastic cups from them for their wedding and to test them out, she used one like normal, washed it in the dishwasher because they say they are dishwasher safe on the top rack and the lettering came off after only 4 washes. These products are incredibly poor quality.
She posted this information on her social media recommending not to buy cups from foryourparty.com and someone from the company reached out to her to resolve the issue. They expressed "sincere" apologies and made it seem as though they wanted to remedy the situation and they even asked her to post the apologetic email on her social media showing that they were "rectifying" the situation.
IT WAS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. THEY HAD NO INTEREST IN FIXING THE ISSUE.
My friend had to email multiple times to even get a response from them and the response from CS was as follows:
"Thank you for sending a follow up. I do understand your disappointment and I am so sorry the cups did not live up to your expectations. We have been selling personalized cups in large numbers for many years and rarely have any issues with them. The cups including the ink are dishwasher safe however not all dishwashers are the same. Some households have their water temperature set very high, some use more abrasive soap, some have higher calcium levels, some simply wash harder than others. We can not account for all of this and sell this product as a disposable albeit reusable cup.
It is safe to put them in the dishwasher, I do this with mine all the time and they are fine. I use a moderate water temperature and put them on the top shelf. I get that ink came off of yours after several washes. This is considered acceptable as these plastic cups are not intended to last forever. We appreciate your suggestion to add something in the description and will review this.
That said, If you are unhappy with your product, please return the complete order of 175 cups to us and I will run them thru our dishwasher and if we believe there is a problem we will be happy to remake them for you. Our address is:

They listed their address but its not right to share that information even though their customer service is HORRIBLE. This is coming from a higher up within the company too.

Long story short, THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH INCREDIBLY LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. DO NOT PURCHASE, I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM GOING THROUGH THIS. Sari Mintz is the owner and she needs to pick a different profession!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service. I placed an order for gift bags for my engagement party, you couldn't tell the 7's apart from the 9's in the date. It was not like that in the preview, going through talking to people for over a day I finally was directed to the owner of the company. She told me to scrap off the foil with my finger in the middle of the nines to make it recognizable, I had over 100 bags and it wouldn't work. She then got snappy and sarcastic with an attitude telling me that would work and i could send her the bags and she would scratch it with her nail if it was really a problem for me. When explaining it wouldn't work she got angry telling me it does, Besides the point I spent a lot of money on those bags you shouldn't have to do that to a product you purchased and above all for the owner to act like that. No refund, no apologies. Worst experience.

I was shocked to come on here and see such bad reviews for this site. I have been ordering from here for a couple years now and I have never been unhappy with anything that I received. 3 years ago I ordered my first thing for my mom's surprise 60th and today I just ordered more cocktail napkins for my wedding. And a lot more in between that. I have never had to deal with the customer service so I can't comment on that. I do see a lot of people complaining about the color and how it looks, since I have never had that problem I'm going to maybe think that is user error or I'm just amazing at making sure my design is on point lol. anyway, I don't have anything bad to say about this site, I just wish that they had more items.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Nothing about this company is helpful or accommodating. If you order something online in one color be prepared to get a different color in the mail. They offered a $15 credit for future orders. NOT HELPFUL. RUDE. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

Vendor modified custom art that was uploaded without notifying me, and proceeded with production. Completed pieces are unusable and completely inaccurate to what I saw and previewed online. Customer service refused to refund nor reprint, and have ignored my emails and calls after my initial complaint. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes!

Sadly, I didn't see these reviews before ordering! Everything the negative reviews said is exactly the response I received. They basically blame the customer for whatever goes wrong instead of realizing those of us who order from them do not necessarily have a printing background/ experience so how are we supposed to know how something will really turn out!?!? Looking at it online you still don't get an accurate representation. The font on the matches I ordered was so small I could barely read it! Wouldn't it have been better for them to send an email and make sure that that's how I wanted it to be? Tiny print that no one can read?

I would compare the quality of the Guest Towels to that of a napkin at a fast food restaurant. I reordered the "linen like" thinking more $$ equals better quality. Better, but not much better. I now have hundreds of guest towels I won't be using at my wedding. 🙁

I received very poor quality personalized match boxes from this vendor and when I wrote to complain their response was very unsatisfactory and condescending. To quote from their email: "leather is a more organic material and produces more of a rough edge. I believe people know this about unfinished leather vs a hemmed leather." Clearly it was my fault for not knowing that the leather would look rough and unfinished. If this is what they consider to be a good quality finish, why not show a photo of the side of the box on their site so that customers are clear what it will look like? Very disappointed.

I ordered napkins and note pads for my wedding. They were both gorgeous! I loved them! The order was FAST too! I was surprised how quickly it was received. No problems at all! Price was reasonable…maybe not the cheapest but they had a better selection.

I ordered napkins printed for the Superbowl for $25.00 as well as rush shipping of $25.00 for $50.00 total. Napkins arrived after Superbowl and are therefore of no value. Foryourparty.com has refused to refund any money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company who asked the Preside of For Your Party, Sarai, to join us in discussing the matter. She was completely unprofessional, refused to let me be heard by raising her voice and speaking over me, she insulted me to the credit card representative and then hung up.
