The Letter package has been received now.
the POST-man came with the Letter package, accurate today at circa. 18:00 O麓clock GMT London Time.

I had to develop 6 small picture and one poster size 30×40.
The Web site is easy to use and have many sizes to choose from.
But the quality of the photo is not the Best and it took nearly a month to get it delievered. I had to write them a mail and not untill then they realized that the poster had not been processed yet.
One good thing: they responded quick on the mail.

But I would not use Foto.com again.

Placed order for passport photos on 18th October and apparently they were dispatched on 21st October. They are to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. It is the 7th working day today and I have contacted the customer care via email. Since calling them is not possible at all. The no doesn't go through. The customer care is responding with vague answers like sometimes it takes longer pls have patience. They won't even give me a date I should wait till. I asked and they simply won't answer the question. Instead are buying time and wasting my time by reconfirming shipping address and with stupid questions like if my name is on the door.

My daughter's passport is waiting on these photos and I am highly disappointed by their service. I am still hoping I get some resolution soon.

No answer to my query! no shipment tracking! 22/06/2019 I sent pictures for printing. Today is 4/06 I still have not received photos and information when I receive them! This was my first and last order!

These prices ? So low, but the photo quality is amazing. I've ordered over 100 photos in different sizes and shapes and all got perfectly printed in the finest quality.

Poor colors and my pictures were mixed completely – summer and winter pictures, old and new, spend hours putting them back in order

I ordered 3 types of photography on Foto.com. The photos arrived on time and the service is very good, unfortunately the quality and the colours of the pictures are very washed and dark. I have order the same photos in other service and the quality was much better, the photos are rich in colours. That is why I would like to get my money back.

I am a photographer and I order from the company every week pictures for my customers. I am very satisfied. Once I had a problem and company`s customer service was very fast with helping me.
