I selected to buy a huge selection of Irish landmarks for showing throughout family homes.I got a great service and price and had them delivered in great time.When 8 opened the parcel they were in excellent condition the prints were stunning thanks. Iam ordering my second lot of prints and im sure I will get a great service once again

The picture was beautiful, exactly how it was pictured on the website but the framing was poor compared to the quality of the picture. I would recommend purchasing prints and framing yourself if required.

Gorgeous picture of Oranmore castle delivered to my brother in law in Kilkenny- he was delighted with it. One thing I forgot to ask Fotofactory was if the glass could be got in non reflective glass .. maybe worth asking. Nevertheless, great service & high quality product.

I cannot recommend Fotofactory enough. I ordered a large canvas print of a Boris Frkovic photo. The detail and colour is just stunning! Our friends and family love it also. Excellent service and quality from the Fotofactory, with quick delivery. I will definitely be making future purchases.

Quality prints in minimalist frames add another dimension to a new apartment. The service has been excellent.

The website and the check out process was fine, the delivery arrived by normal post within a few days which was fine. But the quality of the print fell below the standard I鈥檇 hope for. It looks like it may have been rolled up too soon after printing, and/or rolled too tightly; because there are visible lines smudged vertically through the picture which is unfortunate because the photo itself is beautiful, and if it wasn鈥檛 ruined this way it would be perfect. The fact that the returns policy advises that it to be returned by registered post (at the customers expense no less) despite it not being sent to me by registered post was extremely disappointing. I would have liked to have it exchanged for another, untarnished print, but I couldn鈥檛 risk not having it back on time to give it as a Christmas gift. I needed a simpler transaction, one that delivered the product I hoped for – without smudge marks embedded in the picture. The cost of returns for something like this should be more favourable and convenient to the customer also.

*Edited to add – I just received the new print, which this time is absolutely perfect. Once Richie read what had happened on this he acted quickly to put things right. 100% top customer service, I can鈥檛 thank you enough Richie.
