After many e-mail, I haven't got anything but answers that seem to be automatic.
Warranty issues aren't probably interesting.
Question asked In english should be answer ed In same language, not dutch. It sounds nice but Is as easy to understand as swahili
or mandarinchina. Should I try my language, finnish.

As an exchange student living in the Netherlands I wanted a new TV for the upcoming WC. I found this company through a friend of mine and ordered a Samsung 40" TV. Paid with credit card and received a shipment notification the same evening. My new screen arrived the next day in Maastricht. Great service guys.
