I relied on Foxes for their mortgage and legal services for the purchase of a home in Mallorca. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the entire Foxes team, especially Cristian and Alejandra. They were very professional and responsive. They addressed every need and concern I had through the entire process. They made me comfortable with the process even though I am not fluent in Spanish and am located in the U.S. Notably, there were several challenges during negotiations, and the legal team were very strong advocates for me. I would use their services again.

Part 2 of Our Mortgage journey with Foxes

After reaching to spain Mr Cristian and Madam Rocio Booked for Us with a local Notary to prepare the POA. We reached on time and in less than 20 mnts we were done. Quick , simple and no Surprises at all.

Afterwards us and Mr Cristian went to the Bank where we had a meeting booked with the branch Manager who had the offer prepared as previously agreed and we signed it immediately. He also assisted us with the online banking.

I am writing updated review as i hope this help others who might be going through what we ve been through. Recently, close to the handover of our offplan property the law in spain changed, and many banks decided against mortgaging foreigners who receive income in currency other than euro.

Foxes team supported and assisted in everything from requesting documents, meeting with banks, getting initial offer, renegotiating the offer, arranging the evaluation, notary booking and legal assisting which i highly recommend foreigners like me to hire them for peace of mind.

Their fees are very reasonable and to be honest i found their services worth much more.

By the way at a point i had a doubt about them not because of their service but because of how fast they got things done!!
But today with no Doubt i confirm they are very professional .

Up to this moment we are very happy and i will update my review once we finalize the signing of our title deed and receive the keys.

An excellent service was provided by Foxes. Gareth ensured all steps were clearly explained in the process and was very good at highlighting the differences in the Spanish vs British property markets. Rocio the lawyer was very clear and precise and ensured all aspects were taken off in a very timely manner. Cristian provided input around the banking and risks and again was very timely in arranging offers from the banks. We received a mortgage offer within 1 week of submitting our documents.

Buying a house with finance seemed a scary process for me with lots of unknowns. One doubt was about the financial advisor. I visited their offices and met them to ensure they were bona fide. My experience was better than expected.
Gareth and the team were great, organising the mortgage despite a few hiccups due to the property's complicated ownership.
Their legal advisors, Rocio and Alejandra were absolutely brilliant. I checked that they were properly registered which they were. Because their English is fluent the whole thing was easy. I really can't praise this team enough. If in doubt, use these people, I know I will when I need their services again.

We recently completed our purchase of our apartment in Puerto Banus. The team at Foxes were brilliant in their support to us! After we selected our property, Cristian quickly found us a mortgage at competitive rates and efficiently worked with the bank on a daily basis using his personal contacts to make the paperwork flow smoothly and quickly. Cristian also worked with the bank to figure out how to work with new Spanish legislation that was causing delays to the mortgage process for nationals like us whose source of funds is not Euros. Rocio in the meantime coordinated with the seller and their agents to keep them appraised of our financing status and to keep them patient and convinced we would complete on the deal. She also kept us fully advised as to when and how to safely inject our deposits and portion of the purchase price. Rocio then arranged NIE numbers, Power of Attorney via an internet service and then met with the Notary to finalize the contracts so that we did not even have to return to Spain until after the purchase was complete. Rocio then personally collected all the keys and continued her great service by making all the necessary arrangements for utilities accounts to be changed along with IBI, trash and community and the new internet connection.
Since we met the Foxes team they have been totally professional, proactive and friendly. They overcame all of the logistical issues that were put in our way due to not being located in Spain during the buying process and we could not have succeeded without them.
We highly recommend Foxes to anyone property buying in Spain .

We just closed on our home in Valencia. The team at Foxes helped us tremendously. From the start Gareth and Cristian were always very responsive and let you know how the process was moving along. Once we got our offer from the bank, Gareth called me immediately with the good news…but forgot that I am in Denver, Colorado, and it was 5 am, but nonetheless I appreciated the call!

Cristian helped us with all of the bank documents and got us a good rate for our mortgage. He is meeting with the banks daily and has a great relationship with them.

From that point on Rocio, with the legal team took over. She was an angel sent from the heavens. Since the seller's realtor basically said that we had to work with them, we had no choice. Rocio had tons of patience and helped us with everything, as the agent did not speak English. If it were up to us, we feel she deserved the realtor's commission.

The legal team got our NIE numbers, opened our bank accounts, dealt with the realtor, went to our pre-closing meetings and showed up at notary to sign the closing contracts. She even helped with the sellers leaving a bunch of personal belongings in the apartment after closing, and made the realtor remove it all. She has been wonderful to work with, especially doing all of this 5,000 miles away.

I have already told a few people that are interested in purchasing in Spain to work with Foxes.

Property purchase in Ibiza, the whole team were great. Good terms on the mortgage, and the legal support was invaluable. Everyone at the company I dealt with was professional and I felt supported throughout the purchase. They also helped me get an NIE number for all my family, and helped with the tourist licence so we can rent it when not there.

Purchased a new apartment in Barcelona, heading out this weekend and could not be happier! They did everything, even signed on my behalf for the purchase as I had work commitments. Foxes were able to get us a mortgage offer within 7 days of us supplying the information required. They found the exact mortgage we asked for at a very competitive rate (we couldn't get a better offer from any other broker). The whole process of applying for the mortgage went ahead without a problem and we soon had a bank account set up in Spain. They also managed to get NIE numbers sorted with minimal fuss following a quick face time call – a service we would recommend.

We elected to use their legal team for the purchase. This again was very competitively priced and worked really well. The legal team was excellent in liaising with all parties concerned and we paid the deposit on time and completed within the time scale with no problems at all. The whole process was hassle free!

Its a tricky job trying to purchase a property abroad and Spain isn't one of the easiest by far. From the first phone call I had with the team at Foxes dealing with my N.I.E application right the way through to my completion involving valuers, banks, notary's and the rest, they have done an absolutely sterling job.
