Super happy with Fundrise, been with them for 3 years, I see my money growing every day. I get detailed reports as to where they are investing along with pictures and further information with graphs and charts.
Fundrise is one of the best investment decisions I've made.

Hidden and abnormal fees happen all the time.
Returns are worst than keeping $ in bonds
You're not able to withdraw your $ whenever you want.

fundrise will not release my funds from my account that I closed in December in 2019. They issued a letter in April 2020 stating they will not release disbursements for the integrity of the fund because of COVID -19 and uncertain market. Well in May and June the market has been doing welling, Especially in June, its been doing really well. You would think they would release funds for a closed account. I need the money to pay bills now, I closed my account in DECEMBER! BEFORE COVID-19 and its now June. But.. also in April of 2020 they bought a 15Million dollar stake in a project in DC. So….. they cant pay inverters the money of a closed account to maintain integrity of a portfolio during COVID but will spend 15 million dollars…. doesnt make sense to me. My account has been closed for 7 months now and still haven't received my money

Stealing money! Complain to the SEC!

I would give a zero star if that were possible. Horrible company, please DON鈥橳 invest in Fundrise!!! Put your money in a CD or invest elsewhere; Unless you want to loose your money. I invested a lot of money with them, and they would not give me my money back!

Fxleader have to be exposed for what they are and i will make sure i see to that. Got a call from their agent and after a lot more calls i decided to give them a try. I deposited 13000 dollars, deposited another 9000 after some weeks of trading in losses with them, deposited more and finally when i made profit thanks to the fourth account manager, i got locked out of my account and they wouldn't talk to me. Fraudulent brokers don't process your money and will eventually lock you out of your account in the end, you should contact Mr Bart Kasch. Avoid at all costs! They will not refund money and keep profits! What a waste of time and energy, borderline criminal behavior and lazy, and poor customer service. Still waiting for my money back it鈥檚 been a month and the quarter has ended. Huge mistake stay away from investing with them.

STAY AWAY FROM FUNDRISE! After three years of investing with Fundrise, my returns have lagged other real estate investment options that are easier to access and manage. On Jan 13, 2020 I officially requested to liquidate my funds from my Fundrise account so I can put it towards better investments. Almost 3 months later now (Apr 2, 2020) they have sent me a message saying that they aren鈥檛 allowing any liquidations until further notice. So basically they鈥檙e holding my money against my wishes, and have provided no direction to me at all as to when I can be 鈥渁llowed鈥?to get my money out. When I do eventually get my money out (if I ever do) I will definitely never invest here again. There are far better investment options available that don鈥檛 steal your money and lock it away from you indefinitely.

I requested in 2 month ago withdraw and close my account, Fundrise.com told me NO, because we are in middle of the corona virus crisis.

Fundrise constantly updates all investors on new and completed projects which I find very helpful. Their website is excellent and your overview is updated all the time so you know exactly what your earnings are.

Fundrise makes it clear that you need to have a long term horizon so do not invest with them if you think you will need your money in the next few years.

Only negative is the trust company they use to fund IRAs. Fees are high and making deposits into your account so you can invest in Fundrise is a slow process.

If your account is a non-IRA account, you will not have to deal with the trust company. You will be making your deposits directly to Fundrise and you can make the deposits online at anytime with very low contribution amounts.

Fundrise is a great way to invest in REITS for both the small or large investor as long as you have a long term outlook.

Fundrise is a real estate investing company that provides some amazing services to their customers. The charges of them are not expensive and pretty affordable which I like. I have always wanted to invest in real estate and they gave me that opportunity.

Whatever you do, don't ask them to update your legal name. Might as well wait until your ready to close your account. I am now into the process for over 7 weeks. During this time you cannot invest or receive dividend reinvestment. Other firms you submit your documentation and your done within a week, not so here. Emailing support just tells me it takes time.

This is a scam. I put my money into it last year, I put a request in to redeem my money (even if I have to pay a fee) they sent me an automated email (that other investor has received as well) that I have to wait till November of this year and that it is not a guarantee that they will release my funds. It is a scam, do not put any money into this fake company. There is no customer service phone number either. Do not do it. I am worried I will never get my money out.

This service has been great for the first 6 months. Overall though I would recommend that anyone considering using Fundrise temper their expectations, as it will take time to see how well their model works.

Great way to invest!

I've always wanted to invest in real estates in some way but didn't know how to begin and didn't have the time to figure it out. I'm thrilled that I found Fundrise to take all the confusion away from investing. I feel like they take care of all the details and keep me informed on the progress. I love seeing what dividends I have earned. Thanks Fundrise!

You can invest in places w higher return if you're a market savvy investor who wants to spend their life looking at a screen & shuffling stuff around but i chose these guys w high marks for integrity doing something unique w my money in real assets and decent roi plus an op to buy into the company once you've gotten on board as an investor.

I really love Fundrise, it has helped us to get some extra passive income which is wonderful. I love the fact that they have the Supplemental Income
option which gives us extra $25 to $55 right now with the amount of investment that we have put in it.
