It was my first time using a funding company as I just started my own business. With little knowledge and a pocketful of fear, trusting anyone with my money was a long shot. I was having difficulty with the process at first, and then some setbacks happened (unrelated and out of their control) which was causing delays and causing me stress. Then Kirk came along and changed that for me. He took time to explain things (over and over), even texted me to make sure I was getting everything in a timely manner. I felt like he was my personal concierge! He was professional and also funny so I never felt like his customer but more like his friend that had my best interest at heart. I trusted him. Now here I am approved with enough lines of credit to use for my new business. All because of Kirk whose knowledge, expertise, and dependability helped me complete this process, relieving my stress and giving me the confidence I need to run a business!

Spoke to austin on Friday and he walked me thru the process. I paid the $500 fee upfront and then spoke to the finance guy (Kirk). I decided to read the reviews before getting my full credit pulled by them and read some bad, some good, & some more bad. I called back early the next week and let them know that I would not be using their services because the cost would have been $6000 total plus the interest charged on the term loan. The contract states " 鈥婾p-Front Credit Analysis Fee is fully refundable if Client cancels at any time before Consultant begins the funding process." The trick here is that the second you pick up the phone to talk to the funding manager, who lets you know that the zero interest lines on credit are actually just credit cards that go to normal rates after 15mo, they get to keep your $500. Please don't fall for this trick like I did.

Brant was the Fundwise representative that helped me through the entire process. He was kind, patient, professional and thoroughly explained each step of the program. It was a very easy process, Especially knowing I had direct care, help, and guidance along the way.

Response was fast. Mitch called to get the process started. Within days Isaac had the process going and was able to get us funding 2 days later. They were able to get us more funding than we were even looking for. As a start up they worked with our history and finances to get us the best options possible. The process was explained so that by the time we were funded we understood our payment terms and it was EASY! My absolute favorite part about what Fundwise did for us was that it will start to build our business credit which will allow us to start working away from using our personal credit to build our business. In a couple months they said that our payment history would be re-evaluated to get us bigger credit lines, larger loans and lower rates. I so very much so look forward to how this process is going to help us grow for our expanding future. Thanks Isaac!
