I was ripped off $199. Canceled within their policy, spoke with one person who gave me a bunch of BS and promised a refund. They need to be stopped and pay restitution.

Like many reviews I've read with problems similar to mine: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Information#crnt&panel1-1

Deb Dusantis (alias I'm sure) says the company is from India. I have filed a complaint with my local authorities and A/G's fraud office. I've left many messages and no reply and that's if they even pick up.

I was also contacted by Debi and paid this company $199! The business plan that I received had masssive typos and pretty much had the same wording in each section. After I proof read the "business plan", which turned out to truly mean, after writing my own business plan, I was given bogus"grant" information. Now that I am requesting a refund no one is returning my calls! Please do not give your money away to this fraudulent company! BEWARE!!

As an entrepreneur I was contacted by Debi Desantis (her phone number 302-526-1229) at FundzNetwork.com to sign up for them to complete a business plan for my new business so to acquire grants and funding for me. They have never come through on their promise. They have not completed my business plan, which I paid for, nor contacted me, not one time since I paid in October 2016. I have called and emailed many times , but no one has responded. They are a RIP OFF!

On September 7th, 2016, I discussed a grant/loans opportunities with a representative named Debi, who assured me that they will assist the company that I currently work for with grants and loans opportunities and if we do not receive the grant they will refund the initial fee of $199. That they will be assisting us in retrieving government grants, there website seemed legit and the receipt that I received from them. I was talking to them and emailing back and forth to finish a business plan that they need to submit for grants and loans opportunities. As of December 2016, I was unable to reach them anymore, and I keep calling and emailing and nothing is happening and no one answers the phone anymore. Lastly, I went to ripoff report and someone else has submitted the same issue that I was having and everyone stopped responding in December 2016.

At first I was excited for a low price of less than $200 I was going to have a business plan that will help me acquire some funding I needed to start my new business. Well, once the plan was written I was directed to their site where I can locate and contact some banks that offered SBL. As I called each bank I realized that the information given to me was incorrect. The banks that were suggested did not do business in my State. The next step for me was to call funznetwork customer service department and informed them of this issues. They assure me they would help. But after that call they failed to follow through. As anyone else would do, I called several times and sent out an email. Well, four months later I am still in the same position. They refuse to answer/ return my phone calls and to reply to my emails. My advice think twice before selecting this company to help you obtain funding for your business.
