Funerable

Scammers, I wish I could give them negative stars. Don't waste your time and money. They steal money with promise of packages and don't have any sympathy. Talk to your bank and get a refund asap after reporting fraud.

Made several orders (11) They promised tracking, didn't provide. Claimed the orders were shipped and in the US (Months ago) Listed a update on their site stating all would be resolved by the 27th of Sept. They have stopped responding to anyone that I referred to them. If you placed a order, I recomend you contact your financial institution ASAP.
Lastly with three 1 star reviews, how can this have a rating of 2 stars???

Didn鈥檛 ship out my order even though they said they did, ignored my messages, lied about refunding me then refused to refund me so I had to go through the bank to do it. They replied straight away before I paid but after I paid I had minimal responses

Awful service and potentially a scam. Do not buy from this company, you will never see your items. Not a single person has said they've received their order from Funerable and getting your refund from them can be a struggle. Some people who purchased 4 weeks before myself had said they never received anything either. I purchased from Funerable and waited the 15 days they had stated, and much like everyone else I did not receive a thing. Many other people paid for tracking and better shipping options and got nothing for it. I asked for a refund, and much like a lot of other people they agreed but they never processed it or tried to. Because of this a lot of people have had to call their bank for a refund because this company are not fulfillling what they promised in the time they promised. My bank had notified me that Funerable had not attempted to refund me, yet my order status was changed to refunded. They ignore questions and leave their customers in the dark, the only time the company actually wrote a statement was when people were claiming refunds for their overdue orders and even then nothing is clear. Despite them having major issues they have held multiple sales and continued to sell, as well as asking reputable people in the cosplay community to promote them without issuing a notice to their customers explaining the situation or considering to stop their sales. There was no attempt to let customers know of any delays or issues until it was far too late, there's been nothing but excuses from this company. I could write so many reasons why you shouldn't purchase anything from Funerable. If you've purchased from them, you need to call your bank for a refund.

Terrible company, cannot fulfil demand and goes silent making getting answers or refunds difficult. Save your time and money and just don't bother with them.
