I went online as I wanted to do the order of service myself, easily found the right template and once done sent it off, I then received a phone call just letting me know of a couple of changes and a typo, which was so nice of them to do, they came next day before 1pm.
Once received they are perfect just what I鈥檇 ordered. Thank you so much for making it easy for me when it鈥檚 such a sad time.

Third time I have used the company, really helpful and pleased with the result each time. Lovely to be able to create something a little more personal too. Overall, am very pleased with the delivered product. The delivery actually arrived earlier than initially predicted (which was a welcome surprise). Good quality material for both the card and envelopes.
Was also telephoned on the day of delivery by the supplier to verify all had arrived safely…which is definitely going the extra mile.
Would have given 5 stars overall, but found the website a little clunky (which fs4u assure me is about to get a major overhaul) and so tried to reach someone for phone clarification…but was told there was no one immediately available who could provide clarification.
On the strength of their subsequent phone contact, I would nevertheless recommend fs4u as a reliable, good quality supplier.

This was a very emotional experience for both my wife and myself. Initial problems were quickly sorted out and the final problem of arranging a photomontage to our requirements was done by the printers to a very professional standard. Comments from the priest and congregation were all positive and the best they had seen.

A fantastic and easy to use service. I used the template to design an order of service during a very difficult time. The template was easy to use and I was able to personalise it so that it was a fitting tribute. I was also able to speak to a really helpful and understanding person for checking and the delivery was fast.The result was an order of service that was very warmly received by the whole family and has become a keepsake. A really wonderful service from this company. Might just be worth them thinking of changing the name as it does cheapen the brand.
