the surroundings and environment are OK but biggest issue is management and staff very cruel. Saw a child was crying for hours and not even 1 person come to comfort him.
But teachers are not overwhelmed as you can see they are laughing and playing mobile games. Office staff are not friendly when we ask them more questions.
Make complaint to management but they said how could there care so many children when they are short-handed. But what i saw is not like what they said. Very disappointed.
