Very good experience. Have now ordered with them twice. Both times what I had ordered arrived within 4 days in perfect condition. I sent one question to them which was answered within 24 hours.

I appreciate you refunding my payment and I also understand that problems occur BUTin order to avoid the appalling experience I have had and the reputation that you are gaining as scammers you need to get your act together. There was NO issue with my address. I mightn鈥檛 be the brightest but I do know my own address and eircode aka zip/ postcode. Next, if you can鈥檛 guarantee a service to Ireland (a European country) – don鈥檛 offer one or purport to! It might have been your first ever order from a Ireland, as you said, but that鈥檚 not my issue. Next, your contact telephone number – sort it out! Don鈥檛 hide behind alleged technical problems. Besides, your website and the telephone IVR, as I have previously told you, provide conflicting info about your opening hours – this is basic stuff – sort it or front up – is it just that you don鈥檛 want to talk to customers complaining about having paid and NOT receiving their orders? Hmmmm. Anyway, I hope this feedback helps. I鈥檇 much prefer to have received the goods. I won鈥檛 be back again or at least not until you get some of the fundamentals right. One final thing – the info in my tracking order, the one you gave me is different to that which you sent me. I can send it on if you want. You don鈥檛 stand a chance if you can鈥檛 track items door to door – suggest you sort that out too. Thanks, Paul

This site is a scam. I see a nice product at a price way below other shops, I add it to my cart, then comes the hidden fees. By the time I get to the last step (paying) I had occured around 15euros of fees (2.9% for Credit card payment, 7.5 euros for shipping). Feeling the scam I don't use my credit card and leave the website. Only to get an e-mail 5min later that my order has been confirmed and I will be receiving my product very soon. I try to call their number and it is fake, you get a robot saying "Welcome to gaprastore" and then it hangs up.
It is all a scam don't bother. Even their positive comments are fake.e

The product was OK. Only the process of shipping was slow without any news about the shipment status until the end. Sending the satisfaction questionnaire before the product arrival doesn鈥檛 make sense

It's been 12 days since I placed my order, didn't receive any confirmation but the money was taken out my account, have also written to them twice with no response, extremely disappointed with this service.

Worst experience in terms of delivery, had the website doesn't work. when you make a transaction they take 10 days to ship it, post which their delivery service doesn't have any tracking feature.

An excellent price for the products I ordered however a little unnerving buying from a new seller and receiving no order confirmation email but the money leaving my account straight away. Delivery took a while but now I know that the products do arrive safely, eventually, I would buy from them again.

After 10 days of my purchase my order is still not shipped

Arrived as described. There was a delay but probably caused by Covid 19 and not Gaprastore. Contacted the chat line and they were very helpful and gave me a link to the dutch postal authority tracking site which was reassuring. Other than the delay I would have awarded 5 stars.

Item was delivered promptly however I received no email confirmation of my order and had to pay via paypal as there was no option on the website to use card payment
