Garnier

Just tried to color my hair with a shade of brown and it did nothing but damage my hair ): I'm so bummed out with it and now I have to wait a while before I color my hair again because it feels dried out…but it will never be another garnier product!!!

I have light to mid brown hair (natural) and picked up the 8.0 Blonde. I was expecting it to not be as pictured and actually hoped it would take me to a ginger shade.
But no difference whatsoever!

I put it on my ends first cause I know your scalp heats it and it develops quicker. Left that for 15 mins then I topped up the rest of my head and left on for 45mins which is way longer than directed and should have really bleached my hair.

Nothing, zero results. I cannot believe I wasted my money and time on this

I called granier customer service to ask a simple question, what percentage is the developer in the permanent dye box, 3 or 6% after a long hold of her asking a colleague I was told they can鈥檛 disclose this information and is secret to the brand? What on Earth is that about? It makes no sense at all, I also have every right to know how much damage I am going to do to my hair and if it鈥檚 worth bothering as a developer of 3% doesn鈥檛 cover greys well, i will never purchase anything from this brand again!

I have problems with my skin, so I need to use cosmetics. I'm very pleased with the service in the stores. Sales consultants are always friendly and with a smile on their faces. Always advise cosmetics suitable for my skin type and answer every my obsessive question. I'm also satisfied with the qood quality of cosmetics. I really like face and wash masks, they help me to care my skin. Garnier is the only brand I use so 🙂

I Like Garnier. But I wouldn鈥檛 Use it EVERYDAY. maybe once or twice a week.I would have given it 5 stars but of course every company has a flaw. Garniers flaw is that lots of their products end up being sticky and making you feel hot in the summer. Thats the only thing though. Other than that it鈥檚 fine and I REALLY recommend the sheet masks. The first time I tried it It was horrible. Thats just because I wasn鈥檛 doing it right. Read the instructions carefully and watch tutorials if your new to it. Also after applying the sheet mask, pairing it with garnier moisturizer does wonders for your skin. ? ? ?

Fantastic cosmetics company, I have used many many products from them if you only can see those, like antiperspirants, creams, wash gels, shampoos and so on. My girlfriends also suggested me that company and a few selected more, so be pleased.

Not bad hair colours. Tanning lotion is a bit greasy.

I bought 7 day intensive moisturiser. It was a bad batch and made skin slimey and caused my skin to peel. There customer service is awful. Offered me a 拢5 voucher to replace bad bottle. Will never use aga矛n

Generally good products. But micellar water smells like mould and drys out your skin, I do think this is univesal to any brands micellar water. Discusting!

Customer services staff would not read previous communication hence no matter your response they would take things back to the original response, just like robots. This ends up in a continuous loop of frustration!

Why does Garner repeatedly use phrases such as "89% of users loved…." when the representative sample they use is, say, 123 persons or there abouts.
This is statistically meaningless, so why do they do it …. because "we deserve it"?

Love these products: from hair color to bb creams. Really fits my skin well and super affordable
