Destini, was the MOST Efficient and Professional Agent I have ever encountered. She is very knowledgeable and guides you through the closing process without overwhelming or stressing you. I appreciated her step by step guidance on what would be next and what your responsibilities/obligations will be to obtain a successful closing. Destini has great communication skills with keeping the buyer and real estate agent both informed simultaneously. At the end of purchasing our home we felt as though we have made a true friend and built a genuine rapport with Destini. I highly recommend Gateway Mortgage!!!!

Easy seamless experience. Fran Peterson once again walked us through the loan process and kept us up to date on everything and what to expect next.
There were no hidden fees or surprises. She gave us all the options, showed us how the loan and interest would pay out over the lifetime of the loan, helped us compare 15 year, 30 year, buying down with points, versus not, and anything else we were interested in. Will continue to do business with Gateway Mortgage as long as they have people like Fran to be the buyers advocate.
