Fraudulent Charges
I received a call from above claiming to be Geek. I assumed the Best Buy Geek Squad. After letting them into my computer and they pointed out that there were areas that needed fixing. I asked how much. Oh, $349 and I replied that I was on Social Security. Price dropped to
$99 which was okay. I wanted one of my Gmails updated and material sent to the Number 1 account which I did not have access to.
They were going to make adjustment knowing #1 wasn't working. They then sent a msg to #1 account with the figures being charged and these hit my Credit card as follows
$1 $99 $248. I have called by bank with the dispute, alerted Geek of this. Don t know if they now have access to my Computer what damage they can do.
