I ordered a rc car some time ago.
Delivery was fast and good. However the car was not working. Now trying already for 3 weeks to get in contact. No reaction yet.
This is no service.

Very helpful assistance. In a few minutes thwy answered my question. They were vey nice and helped me in exactly ehat i wanted.

This was my first time buying from Geekbuying and I'm pleasantly surprised. I found the support to be responsive to questions about my order (5253173) once I created tickets, and they even agreed to change the shipping process to one that would be faster. If I had to pick an area of opportunity or two, the first would be to update the delivery time on their website during checkout, and the order processing time at two weeks was much longer than the 1-2 days noted during ordering. But this could be due to Covid or possibly politics. Once I get my order in my hands I'll look forward to buying something else.

Was worried about my order not arriving as the tracking number I has would not work for me, or the link provided. However some there that goes by tammy service, was responding to all of my questions and gave me a different link that I was able to track. It took a month to receive the drone we ordered but it did arrive and was fully functioning. That you for all of your help.
