Ordered a tws earbuds, and service is good and very helpful. This is my first time buying item from geekbuying.

I just bought a TWS fone at Geekbuying and, besides the lower prices of all products in their web site, comparing with anothers similar online's shopping, the customer service was great, because I had a little problem with my order and they helped me out, giving me all support that I needed and they were pretty great with it. Good pricing and the service follow up was fantastic for my order number 5225118. The person on the side the side for geekbuying was very patient and understanding for my difficulty with not having this product arrive on time. The only unfortunate thing was that my product was in transit in Malaysia for two months but completely unrelated to the good people at geek buying whoever helped me deserves a raise and some cake this weekend.

I had ordered an item from Geekbuying, unfortunately after purchasing I found out that I would not be able to use this item effectively due to local rules and regulations. I communicate to Geekbuying while my order was still being processed and was able to cancel the order with a full refund. Excellent, well made product. Plus it was about 25% cheaper than on Amazon. Very happy with product but only 2 minor niggles: I was not notified of its dispatch or tracking and when it arrived there were no assembly instructions. Still, it was easy enough simply by looking at the picture and applying common sense. Overall I would buy more from this company.

I contacted Geekbuying to cancel my order upon finding out that I cant use an electronic scooter on the road in uk. I used the chat function and found it very quick and easy. The agent I dealt with was called Service03 and they were very polite and helpful. It would make me want to order from them again.

I wasn't able to get the DHL tracking number that I received to work while waiting for delivery. After about 7 days, I was concerned and submitted a service ticket. They responded with all the tracking information giving me confidence that everything was fine. The package arrived within the time indicated when I ordered. This is better than I expected with everything being so disrupted by the pandemic.
