Terrible company if it actually is. I ordered from them, never got my order, emailed them, never received a response. Finally had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Do NOT order from them. It鈥檚 a scam.

Hello, I am giving Geekemp.Com a rating of 1 star only because this site won't let me write a review until I have rated the business. I would have given them zero stars. I purchased a product from geekemp for USD 13 which is about R205. 00. After numerous attempts to contact them via their website and email, I still have no product and not even a response from them. I contacted my bank about this dispute but because its been more than 30 days since the transaction they can do nothing. I know this is by no means alot of money that I've lost, but that is not the point. It is the principle and added to that Imagine they are doing this to hundreds or even thousands of people. What a scam!They are a thieving company who pride themselves on customer service which is absolute BS! Do NOT buy from this company! Pls advise any other sites I can post this on.

I too wish I had read these reviews before as every one seems to be saying the same thing – they take your money, send you an order number and then nothing. Good luck Trustpilot advising them of my review because every email I have sent has bounced and there is no phone number. I shall be seeking further advice on this as it seems to be an outright scam.

Update. I have contacted my bank and they are refunding me. Hope this helps anyone else who has parted with their money and got nowhere

Worst online experience ever!!!! They took my money and I never got any tracking number no response on my emails and they don't have a contact number even!!!!!! My first online theft!

No response to any emails. They actually got bounced back to me.No tracking number. I rarely order anything online and this is exactly why. I get overly excited about a something and i don't research the company and boom my cash is gone and no new boots. This is just a big fat bust.
