Absolutely appalling service. I ordered months ago. Have been getting ignored on emails and Facebook constantly. DONT TOUCH OR YOULL REGRET IT!

There are so many better boxes out there. Litjoy, Cauldron Crate. Check out Cherry Wallis YouTube channel as she unboxed a lot of different magical boxes.

GeekGear honestly don鈥檛 have any magic in them. The entire team are useless & should be avoided.

If you don鈥檛 listen to the amount of negative reviews with problems on here then what happens is entirely your own fault.

I鈥檝e being waiting for my wizarding box of July and never came, the support customer is the worst I ever seen in my entire life. No money refund and no box arrived. They joke with people and the worst of all if you go to the social media to let people know they block you.
They are losing people constantly and they don鈥檛 care.
I fell robed.

I've been subscribed to GeekGear for a couple of months now tho I didn't want to continue the subscription as of September 2020.

When logging into the site to cancel the subscription there's no subscription to be found, great I thought, less work for me.

A couple of days pass by and I recieve an email that states my subscription has been renewed, so I log on to check the account yet again, still it states clearly "You have no active subscriptions". But nontheless they charged me 拢45.

So I contact the support to try and get a refund, but even tho I couldn't cancel the subscription myself they refuse to give me a refund, we'll see if I recieve any box tho or if I payed for nothing but the worst customer support I've experienced in a long time.

Don't waste your money on this company, it's not worth it.

At least I managed to finally cancel my subscription via the support, so they did something right at least..

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered gifts in plenty of time for my partners Birthday. They sent the delivery with Hemes and low and behold I never received the delivery. I have contacted them several times to try and resolve the matter no avail. I am now over 拢100 out of pocket. Needless to say I will be contacting trading standards as well as some of their partners and brand deals to tell them just how unreliable this company is. I will not rest until I either receive the goods I paid for or a full refund.

I ordered in January this year some items, when I received my package one item was missing. I got the answer that it will be back in stock in march and they will send it. In April I asked and they said they now can send it, where I said no I want my money back, since then I sent about 5 e-mails, but got no response since then. Never ever again I will order there. That's the worst customer service I ever expierenced.

I loooooved my geekgear boxes. BUT costumer service is beyond terrible.

I've been waiting since September 2019 because I never received my August box last year. I've been in contact with 3(!) different people who all have promised to send a new box, but they never send one, even though they at the time promised that they would send a replacement box.

I've been trying to contact them multiple time since May this year, but I am being ignored. It's a shame, cause I was very excited about the boxes. But when a costumer is promised something, a company should do as promised. I'm very disappointed in how I've been lied to by multiple employers and then straight up being ignored. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I had a three month subscription with their wizardary box and bought a surprise box. I was not disappointed with any of the items I had received and found that it is a much cheaper way of accessing Potter props; compared to Noble Collection. It鈥檚 a great idea for presents and they are packaged in a cute manner!

Love the wands but most items look like fillers.
I don't need paper with quotes.
More tea plz and add hoodies, to many regular t shirts.
Sometimes you get a good item but most of the time they stuff the box with to small items.

One star is a blessing. It means they are worth being viewed. No stars is more fitting. Content started off good, became progressively downhill thereafter. They took some budget cuts on the clothing and now the sizing is a bit off and material is cheap. We paid for the clothing cart which is to include a jumper or a hoodie, hats, jewellery etc.. The advert reads:

You are always promised the following:
2 x Awesome T-Shirts
1 x Jumper, Hoodie or Long Sleeve T-Shirt
1-2 Jewellery, Scarfs, Hats and MORE!
With a promised value of over 拢45+ per box!

This is not true. I have subscribed to this box since November 2019 and it is now September 2020. 10 Months and not a single Jumper, not a single Hoodie, hardly any jewellery or scarfs or hat in the monthly boxes (maybe in one or two boxes). Consistently we got two shirts (fruit of the loom shirts printed on) and a long sleeve top (very thin, cheap material).

I kindly e-mailed customer services 4 months ago to ask if we would get a jumper or hoodie and never had a response. I then spent 4 months non stop trying to get a response as we consistently got cheap boxes and again no response. In May, we did not even get a long sleeve top, jumper, hoodie or jewellery or a scarf!! They sent us two tops probably worth 拢10.00 max!

The most atrocious, horrible, customer service ever, no number to call and one bloke working there and he never responds. The boxes are a rip off this place is a scam.

It is absolutely appalling and disrespectful.

After months of chasing, the staff at Geekgear who I won't name for legal reasons but there is only one person working there stealing your money told me he will not argue with me and it is what it is! He then showed me a lot of attitude and apparently everyone else is happy so I should be too! Looking at the reviews, that is not true. People are experiencing the same thing I am.

No refund, no putting things right after being given a product which does not have the items as described on their website! Shocking customer service and you can see below how many other people are being shortchanged. This company is a scam and avoid at all costs. You do not get 拢45.00 worth per box. The total value, including printing, is LESS than what you are paying for the box do not be conned. It is sheer marketing lies and they do not respond when they get your money.

Poor company and non existent customer service. Bought two items from their online shop which advertises dispatch of 1-2 working days from order. 5 weeks later and still no sign of them. Several emails, Facebook and Twitter messages sent along with trying to contact them on their chat function on the website. I only ever got 2 responses back, both of them replying to my chat messages which came to email hours after my initial contact. One at 00:41am. Which means my emails were ignored completely and makes this company seem like they are operating out of a bedroom.

First response was an apology, explaining Covid delays and short staffed but expected dispatch in the coming week. 2 weeks later and nothing. Second response, a copy and paste of their first apology and a copy and paste from their help section, detailing how I would know my order would be dispatched! Requested cancellation and refund of the order and again they have ignored it.

Managed to get the refund claimed from my credit card company immediately who also now have to investigate the transaction as fraudulent along with cancelling my credit card. Have also reported to Trading Standards who I am now waiting to contact me back. Geek Gear even had the cheek to issue an email receipt of refund the next day but haven鈥檛 actually refunded anything themselves.

No response actually handled my complaint, or offered any resolution but just expected me to be happy with a delay they kept blaming on Covid-19. Unfortunately this excuse doesn鈥檛 hold up, we have ordered similar products from other retailers who have always been able to ship immediately.

Simply, avoid this company. Etsy have people selling similar products who offer a much better service.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter's birthday more than a month in advance, but it has not yet arrived. The order was placed on 6th August and I paid for 48 hour tracked delivery. I have had one email response, but no real apology was given, just excuses about not having enough staff. They still have time to bombard me with emails about subscription boxes and make videos for YouTube though. I shall now start a claim through the card I paid on.

I was contacted by Geek Gear's "new management team" to address my previous grievances. They sounded all concerned at first and appeared to want to resolve their bad reputation in my situation. They even promised to send me new items to replace the ones I hadn't received and received broken. IT WAS JUST LIP SERVICE and had no real substance or sincerity. Months have gone by and those "promised replacements" have not been sent nor any follow up message or tracking number or anything. They are completely incompetent and only out to get your initial money with fancy words and clever marketing. DO NOT do business with Geek Gear despite the allure of cute or unique items. You will be disappointed like hundreds of others and don't believe all the fake positive reviews on here placed by marketing people and local friendlies. They are terrible and I really wish I could say different.

Received terrible service from GeekGear after ordering a "wearables box". To cut an extremely long and frustrating story short this is my experience:-
*I paid for 1 months box and got charged extra for Postage and Packaging that wasn't included in the price.
*Received an email to suggest I'd signed up for a subscription so I immediately emailed saying I didn't want one and thought there had been a mistake.
*I received the box I ordered, one of the tops had a spelling mistake on. To be fair to GeekGear they said I could have a replacement and offered me money off a future order (I wonder if I'll received this replacement to be honest and definitely won't be ordering with them in the future after my experience!).
*Have sent multiple emails since the first one regarding the subscription….all of which have been ignored or someone has responded to another part of my email and ignored the part about the subscription cancellation.
*GeekGear took money out of my account the next month for the "subscription" i never signed up for and I have attempted to cancel on multiple occasions with no luck.
*They have since ignored multiple emails, private messages on Instagram and even deleted comments I've left on their Instagram photos asking for a reply!

I am sad to see so many similar reviews on here! I don't hold much hope I'll get the replacement t-shirt or the money refunded and have been really disappointed with the customer service which is pretty much non-existent.

I ordered from this company over a month ago, not a subscription box but general products from their store which they claim ships two days after purchase. Been a month and a half, multiple email inquiries no shipment. I get Covid delays but going on two months is ridiculous. I contacted for a refund and they never responded so I was forced to start the process of a claim through PayPal.

I was really looking forward to my purchase and hoping I like this company but I would never purchase from them again. Been a horrible experience.

Ordered several items from them. When the package arrived, half of what I ordered were missing. Customer service lacked compassion and wanted me to make another purchase so they can send the missing items. Then they stopped responding to any of my emails completely. Avoid at all cost. So now, rather than experience joy, I just feel scammed every time I see the items I did receive.

I made a mistake and ticked the subscription by accident. Surprised when the second payment left my account but called and got it stopped, HOWEVER this company have not delivered the second box i paid for and so I approached paypal to recover my money and got nowhere (paypal account closed). I am now looking into legal action to place a charge on the company/director until I receive the goods I paid for. Will also be contacting trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I will not be buying from this company again! I ordered the Cherry Wallis magical curations box with a missing item (which was sold out, they did not state this on their website). They said they would replace the item with two items of my choice. This was 10/12 weeks ago. Still haven鈥檛 got my items, I have emailed 8/9 times about this issue. I have had no updates from them and they are either ignoring my emails about missing items or reply with a 鈥渙h we shall look into this鈥?or a 鈥渟orry about this, they will be sent out for you鈥? I was subscribed to their bi-monthly special edition box (which I have since cancelled). And I am still waiting for June鈥檚 box. I have also had no update about this special edition box. I still have 3 boxes coming from them in total (bi-monthly subscription box, the wizardry wearables non-subscription box and the Professor McGonagall limited edition box). I am not hopeful about getting any of these boxes. I have emailed about them and am awaiting a reply back.

I ordered a box a few months ago which arrived in good time but with two missing items. I was told I would get two free items as replacement which I had to wait for about two months for (because of Covid 19). Luckily when I received the replacement items I was delighted to find three more items than I was expecting! The quality of all of my items was superb -Thanks GeekGear!!

I ordered a geek gear wizardry box in January 2020 and I still havent got it, when I ask for feedback or a refund they reply only to ignore me again. I constantly have to chase replies. I am so disappointed, and actually unfollowed cherry Wallace for reccomending this box on her channel

Their customer support is terrible. I waited nearly two months for my box, which arrived with a missing item. I鈥檝e now spent weeks trying To arrange a replacement and have to constantly chase a reply. I will never buy from Geek Gear again, taking my business over to Litjoy Crate.

I ordered two non-subscription boxes in may (before deadline). I never got any updates, sent multiple e-mails to customer service and gotten no reply, and only when I contacted PayPal to get my money back last week my order status conveniently changed to 'shipping' and 'shipped' a few days later. I got my boxes today and I gotta say that THIS IS CHEAP and possibly counterfeit RUBBISH.
**SPOILER ALERT****
the classics box was supposed to have amazing doctor who merch as hinted, but I received a cheaply made banner.. No awesome Daleks, sonic screwdrivers, or anything you might expect really. The remaining contents of this box were cheap crap as well.

As for the wizardry box, it's contents were cheap and made no sense except for the shirt.
