Ordered a present for my son on August 17th, said it may take UP TO 35 days to be delivered, so whatever… I was patient. On October 5th I inquired about the package and a CSR responded that it is in route to the United States. Now, October 27th, I still have received nothing and the money was taken out of my account immediately. I messaged them again demanding a refund and I am getting no response. Huge scammers, and messed up people behind this site.

Ordered an elephant from here, I got the wrong color but they changed it for me without any problems. Would order again

Everything allright, Shipping takes a while (12 days for me) but the product is great!

I ordered something from this company and havent received it! They sent me a tracking number that does not work!! Tracking number says to wait 5 days to work????? I am sorry if it is a legit tracking number it should work now since I ordered it September 14!! I paid with Pay Pal so hopefully they can get answers from this so called company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This "Online Business" should not be used, as it is ripping people off. You would "order" something and never receive it, but the money is not in your account anymore. To inquire about where your package is, a false number is provided. A number for a legit business, that has absolutely nothing to do with this company. This "business" is committing credit card fraud. Please do not visit or buy anything from this website.
