Unfortunately extremely poor service and extremely slow delivery!

It has been 17 days since I have payed for my item and I still haven't received a single solid information regarding the status of my order while on the portal geekmaxi.com my order is still flagged as "Backorder (payed)"!
From their customer service I have only gotten the "it will be soon" and "We are sorry for the trouble" and not a single solid information.

Very poor service for an store that has such a "good name to it".

I bought an item which I wanted to return unopened within 14 days. It took 12 days to get the return address. I was asked to send photos from the box before they would tell me the address. Return costs were on me, international shipping from Germany to Poland.
Got paid back after support request and 6 more days. Emails only got answered when judging them on chat. Staff was friendly, so was I.
One star extra, because of pandemic and Xmas season.
