total BS! ordered on 11/25 and still nothing. now site is closed down. stole our money. hope to get it back through credit card company!

I ordered what I thought was the latest, largest Hogwarts castle Lego set. What I got was some cheap Chinese knock-off brand that is "lego compatible." The customer service rep gave instructions for processing a return. I had to pay for postage (almost $60 on top of the original $270 cost) and never heard from the company again. Don't even consider shopping this site–you'll only regret doing so.

Pure crooks! I ordered a LEGO set and received an email that my order was processed and that I鈥檇 get another email with confirmation number and shipping info in the next few days. About a week later I received the confirmation/shipping email. A day later I received another email that there were issues with my credit card, even though charges did post to my credit card. I emailed the contact/customer support email that was sent to me in my confirmation email. Was then redirected to another email address. NO RESPONSE!

Called credit card company to dispute charge.

I've had the same bad experience as everyone else. The only difference is I got an email yesterday from a different company (not GeekNab) whom they are now operating under about my order. That company is Imuhgeek.com. Stay as far away as them as you can. Of the 3 items I purchased, I received the lowest one (a $10 item). Gone is the other $120 in purchase. Not ever expecting to get anything back and my bank is saying the same thing. Chalk it up to experience, only buy name brand products.

This company is fraudulent. I. bought a super Saiyan pop figure, receive a tracking number and continued to wait and check the status until one day when I went to check it said webpage no longer existing. I emailed them and got a message saying the that the email address was disabled. STAY AWAY!

Buyer beware! I ordered a Harry Potter Lego Great Hall set. Imagine my disappointment to finally receive it after waiting over a month, only to discover it was neither Harry Potter nor Legos. The front of the box reads, "Jutice Magic" and has poor replacement actors posing as Harry, Ron, and Hermoine. I have been trying to return the item for over a month and the company refuses to get back to me.

This company seems to be running scams. I ordered a product over a month ago. They didn't send a tracking number for over two weeks, so I emailed. They sent me a canned email without a tracking number. I emailed again, and eventually got one, but it didn't work. I emailed a third time requesting either a status or a refund. That was a few days ago. Now, geeknab.com is no longer valid. This seems to have been a pop-up Shopify store, that pulled the plug once they got my money. I've opened a complaint with Shopify, and will be contacting my bank. This is outright fraud.

Same experience as everyone else here. Waited a while after ordering, never heard from them. They responded after a couple of emails and said the item was damaged in transit. Waited another week, then started contacting them again.

I emailed 4 days in a row, called their number (disconnected), left messages through their online contact form, and left a review (pending administrator approval — probably why they have such great reviews on the site.)

Finally filed a fraud report with my credit card company. When they tried to call at the number they had on file, it was a random voicemail. Should have been tipped off by how they billed before shipping (illegal!) and the totally illegitimate looking way the bill showed up on my credit card.

I got the same nonsense emails about the shipping labels and the tracking number and I have sent multiple emails and now I'm not getting any response at all. What kind of people take money for toys for children. They should be ashamed of themselves. Truly the scum of the earth.

This website is a scam, or phishing site attempting to get your information. I fell for it, gave them credit card info, etc. Never received merchandise, then received a bogus email that said there was a problem processing my debit card (which i used a credit card), and that i should call my bank to have funds reversed.
Tried to call their customer service number, does not work….

Went through the same horrible experience as the last reviewer. I purchased 'Lego Compatible' Roller Coaster for $259 on 11/23, Christmas in a few days and I have nothing and they are not answering my emails.

Fraudulent company!! Order the Harry Potter great hall on 11/26 and never received item. Contacted them several times for the tracking #. Finally got a person and was told a manager would contact me. Finally a free almost three weeks I told them I was contacting my bank to dispute the charges. An hour later I received this email.

Liars, the same thing happened to my dad and I, got the same email as everyone else, about it being returned for a damaged shipping label. I emailed them 5 times, and still have not received a second response…also tried calling them and their phone number is not working anymore. So, I did a reversal of charges on my credit card, and they gave me another number to call and it is some guys cell phone voice mail. Complete fraud. Liars and they are now finding people to write good reviews for them all in the last hour…

Wanted to find something for my son that would blow him away. I found him the lego roller coaster on their site for way cheaper than walmart and it was easy to find. I鈥檒l be back for his birthday.

Ordered one of their lego replicas. My son loves it. Shipping was moderate (about 8 days to California)

Excellent! I got my product in about 7 days. I ordered a LEGO Harry Potter castle. They sell 鈥淐ompatible鈥?versions – aka Clones. Very good quality and good customer service

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. This is a totally fraudulent company as they gave us the same run-around as others posted. That product was returned to them due to shipping label issue/damage and they would get it out and escalate the case to management. I actually spoke to someone at SF Express, who is their shipper supposedly, and they said GeekNab likely printed a label to generate a tracking # but 3 weeks later SF had still not received anything from GeekNab.
The fact they ask you not to dispute charges with your CC company if there is an issue and have no contact phone # on their website should have raised red flags!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I share similar experience to previous comments. My purchased item never arrived. Their customer support email changed, had to find another way to connect. When I finally reached someone (2 weeks after placing the order), they told me that my product was returned to them due to a damaged shipping label and that they would send a replacement asap. Yeah, seems they use that story a lot. The "tracking number" link they give you is some Chinese nonsense. Should have thought twice when I read a statement on their website asking you not to cancel via your credit card as it impact their business – too many people having to go that way perhaps? None the less, this is a scam company.

Deceiving Company
The item I purchased, Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall, was pictured as a genuine Lego product, but the product I received was an Asian product Called "Justice Magician". The company refunded me the cost of the item and promised to reimburse the shipping cost. I haven't received my reimbursement for shipping, and doubt I will.
Just remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is!

This company is fraudulent!!! It's impossible to get anyone on the phone and they kick back the same automatic email!! I purchased a product on 11/24 and I've yet to receive a tracking number!! DO NOT BUY from GeekNab.com!!!

Non existent customer service. They send fake automated emails and do not return phone calls. They post fake customer reviews, and lie about their services. They advertise shipping within one day, but it's been 2 weeks without a word. Lying, fraudulent untrustworthy company and I hope it burns to the ground. 2 days after shopping with them, our bank account got hacked. Pretty cool, huh? Coincidence? I highly doubt it.
