As a 75 year old woman with limited knowledge of computers I find Geeks on Wheels brilliant – they are always patient – happy to guide me through whatever instructions I need to follow, repeating the instructions when I've either got it wrong or got lost in the process until yippee – it's done. Thank you so much.

Excellent help yesterday. You phone up and person answering is receptive, qualified and immediately "gets it", i.e. the issue. Effective help follows without any undue delay at all with a few laughs thrown in. Recommend you do not hang about for anyone else.

100% positive experience. Checked all things needed and gave the computer a check over as requested. Left me feeling very happy and confident my older desktop computer is good enough not to have to be replaced in immediate future.

Thanks to SeanS for getting my landline working! I had ultra broadband installed 2 weeks ago, Internet was excellent but no phone. Now all鈥檚 well again. I recommend.

I am not renewing and ask for a refund on my final month of membership because of GoW not delivering service.
Problem 1: I had a PC upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 by DJ who left after it started installing so I could finish it and save his time being charged. OK.
Problem 2: I asked for the keyboard on my Acer laptop to be repaired as the left-hand side keys did not work – he said he would follow up on parts and get back with details but never did.
I called the office who said someone would call me back. Nobody did. After calling again, another person returned the call and said he would talk to DJ, or copy him with his email to get parts and pricing. Nothing was heard after that. Following another fruitless call to GoW, I gave up and contacted ServicePlus who arranged pickup and repair of the keyboard. GoW was deficient, and service was not delivered.
Problem 3: I was unable to log into my bank account as the bank considered my network to be high risk – DJ fiddled with network settings without success. DJ just left this problem hanging, and there was no follow up. Access to banking was resolved by my requesting a new IP address from the ISP. DJ never replied on this one. I solved it on my own. GoW was incompetent.
I request a refund of 1 month of the membership fee and cancel any renewal because of non-delivery of service promised and lousy performance.

Phil came to deal with a very stressful situation for me. He was punctual, pleasant, efficient, patient ("there is no such thing as a dumb question") and I was very grateful for his knowledge and I felt I was in good hands.

I would not hesitate to use Geeks again.

Had Micheal come and do some work on my computer i am technologically challenged and he was awesome did everything I needed doing and didn't waste time. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again . Thanks for the great service

Had another visit from Michael who set up a new Modem & sorted out Printer & Synchronized my photos with Laptop.
Once again great service & very helpful.
Recommend these guys they are great.

I would not use again technican made a mistake in not checking his work after installing brother suite.He spent over one hour trying to install a print program.The brother suite did not work, i rang the hotline and Andrew was very good explained everything uninstalled what technican had done then reistalled and it worked.The print programm was in the brother suite if he had checked this was working before he left he would not have wasted a hour which i had to pay $145 for his mistake.Geeks would only apologise and not consider any form of credit

Prompt efficient service from the first phone call. Reuben was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out amazingly quickly. He explained things patiently, and has done a very good job. Computer is now up and running, better than before.
