They overcharge like wounded bulls
Pay the tech $40 , got to do miracles all in 1 hr.
Go find a less advertised tech who can give a better and cheaper service.

Few years ago i used these guys. My computer needed a new power supply. Once my computer was returned the tech told me he also replaced my graphics card. He took my high quality dell xps graphics card and replaced it with a crap one. When i questioned him and asked for my graphics card back he became very defensive and left. I called geeks 2 u for help resolve the issue no help.

Do not use them! A technician was at my premises for a total of 10 minutes, only to tell me I need to buy a new computer. They still charged me $244.80.
If you need a tech, go to your local computer store. Do not use Geeks2you!

Shocking company
Technician has not turned up twice citing a family issue and car crash. I run a business.
Next time he is intending to use 'aliens have abducted him. What is worse that this company expects you to believe this crap.
If you ever get a booking with Charbel. Don't expect him to turn up.

Don't wast your time. Fix it or it's free. They lost all my progrems and music/photos after adding an update i didnt request and wanted me to pay again for their stuff up.

He fixed my computer issue within the first 10 minutes. We had spent hours with Norton and Microsoft. Thank you Adam. Also for fixing up my screen and files.

First class service from the initial contact which was so refreshingly professional and human, to the service provided by an expert technician and thoroughly nice human being! The problem was fixed and I was delighted!
So, so impressed by the service and manner. I could not recommend more highly!

Rang and asked for an expert in MS Outlook -( 2013) – explained difficulty – the address book was not connecting with e mail. 2nd problem – want to sync with I pad and phone. First guy spent an hour and clearly was not up to it – told me I had to buy Office 365 and my data had migrated to cloud- utterly untrue and covering up his inabilities. Second guy came – at least understood the problem – saved my outlook files(so I thought) – created a new account and migrated back the data(so I thought). In point of fact after he left it turned out the emails I had had been reversed to my ISP and overloaded – result – no e mails. I also discovered my archive of may years of emails missing. Was charged (later reimbursed after fuss) because second visit longer than first. Third visit – cured the problem – archive seems gone for ever! Discovered I had been charged for third visit on card without being asked. Made fuss – was reimbursed. Appalling at every level !

Easy to arrange and friendly service. My laptop issue was fixed quickly and without any hassle for me. There was one hiccup with arrival time due to the technician going to the wrong address but other than that it was a good easy to use service. I would not hesitate to use again.

The technician was fantastic in terms of presentation and friendliness and helped where he could.

However, they provide a very expensive service which does not solve any issues. My computer had issues with a reboot cycle. The technician looked and diagnosed this issue down to a potential of three faulty parts. He refused to replace the hardware under stating this is beyond his skillset (which is fine but not worth 84 pounds an hour). In helping diagonose the issue he used Google and in recommending further action he was inadequate. Ultimately 84 pounds to tell my that some parts of my computer need replacing (the parts he mentioned I already knew about as potential issues – the call advisor said they would be able to replace hardware.).

The point is the service can only solve issues that do not require a high degree of technical know-how. This is not worth a premium price.

Very efficient. Very good at explaining the costs up front, and arranging a mutually agreeable time for the service. Jason was excellent at explaining what he was going to do, and answered all my questions before commencing work on my PC. All of the work I wanted carried out was done and my PC is now working great again. Thank you.

Really good, great on the phone, explained everything clearly, arranged a tech to come to see me almost immediately – on a Saturday afternoon. The technician was great and very helpful, explaining what he was doing as he went along. Very calm and reassuring! Seemed very knowledgeable and could no have been more helpful…. Totally professional all round!

The most amazing professionalism.
Booking process was such a great experience.
Every detail was explained so you knew what to expect.
Tge punctuality was exceptional. They arrived way ahead of time which was impressive.

efficient, trustworthy, reliable, not cheap but worth it. Spent 3 hours beforehand with an online remote control pc support company Askmehelp.com who were complete rubbish, charlatans in comparison.

Jason unravelled their mess and left within the hour.

Very very easy to book and the operative was available within 48hrs and arrived on time. Overall excellent service.
