As a first time shopper with Gemporia I am quite suprised how bad it is. When placing an order the line sound quality was bad, when told, the call centre replied "well no one else has complained" a passive aggressive response if ever I heard it, effectively saying the fault was mine. I placed Orders on the 20th September, no email confirming or anything at all on email from Gemporia so now on 1st October (11 days later) I called to find out what was happening and am told the items havent even been picked yet!! but may arrive some time next week! Is this the best service they can offer in a time when online shopping is booming!! Parcels ordered from China in this time have arrived but Gemporia in the UK cant match that??? I wont be an ongoing customer, rude and unreliable.

Always friendly and helpful call centre staff. A pleasure to shop with. The jewellery is gorgeous and always packed well and good value for money.
When a clasp broke on a necklace, the customer service agent offered me a refund or replacement. I went for a replacement and they reserved a necklace for me whilst I returned mine which is great as I know for definite that I have a replacement waiting to be sent out.
Always had a great experience with Gemporia, so much so that they are now my go to jeweller and use them for gift shopping for family and friends.
I recommend them to everyone!

This company is the best thing ever.
I have been purchasing from them for my collection, for the past 15 years and can honestly say they are incredibly fair and honest.
The quality of their product is second to none and value is unbeatable.

I purchased an item for 拢400 paid for it and delivered by Royal mail.No problem. I then decided to purchase a 拢1000 ring paid for it, but did not receive it. Contacted Gemporia who told me my order is cancelled because DPD have blacklisted my house and are refusing to deliver to my property. Now because DPD has blacklisted my property so have gemporia.
Still waiting on my refund! I have no CCJs and my credit history is 100% in any case I offered to pay in full upfront, but DPD wont deliver. losers. could not make it up! UNBELIEVABLE.
DPD I'll be making a subject data request from you to see what information if any you are holding on me and will forward to Gemporia so that they can see how you cost them money.

the worst website ever , the pictures are way to small to make an idea about the products .
THen the presenters , i cant say they are a disaster because they are not , the presenters do what are they told to do, they TALK TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! i dont think that there is one single customers who watch this channel who might be interested in becoming a geologist ! in time i had all the intentions to watch this channel IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! after 2 mins i gave up ! And they have always , to each product A SALE OUT !!!!!!!! this is absolutely stupid

After not wanting to refund my money because i smelt their perfume,told sample in box but there wasnt said that they would refund as good will gesture ….but that means ive paid returns twice and delivery once i said and told thats my problem . Yet it was them that didnt give sample and it was them that say on.tv try product if dont like no question asked we will refund ..ha ha they haven't done it yet
