I have an old house i want to enclose in a wrap-around steel structure which will constitute the exterior of a new home. I'll then demolish the old home at my leisure, retaining some of the first floor and walls. I intend that the first floor will be a basement and the second floor living space… the current old home sits on a footprint of 24 deepX36 wide, although with a variance from the city of springfield, oregon, i think i can expand this. I will call & discuss further. Thank you.

My only complaint is the funneling the customer to a contact page before leading them to get detailed information. Sales 101 and I completely get it. But, all your competition is doing the same thing which means I will be playing everyone off one another at some point in the near future. I generally do much more research and then choose a monogamous relationship (which means you'd have more leverage with me).

Our condominium has a one story enclosed parking garage with an open parking deck on top of the garage. We'd like to get a building to replace part of the block walls for the garage and also put walls and a roof over the parking deck. We are just considering options at this point and have not engaged in any design or engineering. Thank you.

Hate not being able to get pricing directly without having to go through a sales person. It's pretty simple. I'm not buying a car with lots of options. Buying a 2 car garage. Pretty straight forward and should be pricing available on your webpage including estimates for shipping and possibly even links to people who can ASSEMBLE a kit for me should I decide to have it done.

New mini-storage facility. Fully engineered. Permit for clearing and grading approved.
Property has all necessary utilities. Looking for an alternate building method, to meet building department fire flow and seismic requirements. We want to maximize storage units for this property. Originally designed to stack containers 3 high.

We are shopping around for metal buildings for a future home we intend to build. Our house will need to be five bedrooms having their respective bathrooms and a kitchen that stands out. Porches around the corners of the main face of the building. As well an in-law suite above the garage/shop area, also have a garage/shop that fits four full size trucks, a boat and a rv. The other half of the garage/shop would be a gym with tall ceilings

Office / Warehouse Project in Houston TX. Hybrid w/ Shipping Containers so we will need curtain walls with purlin span truss roof for the upper mezzanine to be open. First of many to be built. So looking for a partner to supply the Walls, Doors, Trusses & Roof. Project is price sensitive so value engineering is essential. Spans are 16' with 24' total unit width x 40 in length. 12 or 14' roll up door at one end. Provide cost for insulated.

Very well laid out website. Very informative. I really don't have a firm timeline for my shop but net information on slab size and layout of electrical, air lines, vehicle lift ceiling height eye. Need to layout foot print and attachment points. Will go with slab first the a few months later will have enough cash for the building.

A small home to resemble a 1930's Fire Lookout Tower. Two(2) stories with an Observatory [living space] on the upper floor and a motel room [kitchen, bedroom and bathing] on the lower floor all located fifteen(15) above the forest floor. The two(2) floors are 24' X 24'. The upper floor supports an 8' wide deck surrounding. Car parking is underneath. Snow loads are extreme; records indicate twenty-one(21') feet of snow has accumulated; ten(10') feet on the ground isn't uncommon. 3'-4' is typical.

Similar to a Dollar General store. On a slab, insulated walls and roof. Two bathrooms, small office up front, 15 x 50 storage room in back. Double doors in back on the 180 foot side for unloading trucks. Double glass doors in front for customer entrance, Metal siding, standing seam pitched roof running the length, about four feet at the peak.

Most people don't want to have someone chasing them down, when all we want to know is general prices. I recommend being transparent with your pricing and just adding that info to your web site. Cuts down on pointless phone calls on both ends.

I'm just in the planning stage, finding what will work with my budget and plans for my project which, of course, changes frequently as the planning process continues.

Complicated to see what kind of large Steel-build home we could create. Seems all roads lead to email and phone. I can get further in the process with other companies.

Would like to see, pick base, pick extras, look at options, then talk about 1:12 pitch, etc., (which is something you are going to go over when a conversation happens anyway. So, why make people pick all of those details beforehand?)

Just telling you like it is from a stupid-user perspective.

The website is too complicated early on. That's great detail for later, but not something that should be up front. You will scare customers to go elsewhere.

I am looking to build our new home in the next few year and I'm wanting it to be budget friendly. You contained more info than most competitors. But I would still like prices at a glance without having to provide contact info. I assure you. If you are providing More quality info than competitors, "why this instead of this", they will definitely be calling. Which you have, thank you for that.

I'm in the planning stages of buying land and building a home. I want to explore my options other than traditional home building. I would like an understanding as to what needs to be done before you can build. I understand that the building is essentially a shell without installation. Could you estimate how much it would cost to finish a 50 x 100 with 3000 sq ft finished as living space and the rest used for garage and a shed. Thanks in advance.

Just kicking the tires. We have a new business that is seeking investors to begin working on vintage cars as well as building custom cars with a partnership with Factory Five Racing. We also plan to begin manufacturing aeronautical replacement parts and will open a marine overhaul/repair shop in Fort Lauderdale, FL within 1 year.

Excellent. Lots of relevant information, easy to navigate.
In the planning phase of a mini warehouse build. Pre Fab steel looks like a interesting path forward.

Hello,

I understand it would be an unconventional home but i like open space concepts. Maybe even one side with or end wall to be with windows i also need a minimun of 3 bedroom. Depending on price i can probably go even bigger.

I thank you for your help,
Sincerely,
Giselle

Im a disabled combat vietnam veteran and looking for the best price to put up a garage and was looking into options and saw your add on tv. I wasnt sure on the roof pitch so I picked the first option. Im retired from construction. My son wants the garage more than I do so he could put a lift and work on has bmw. I wanted to put it as close to the property line that I could but would need a survey of my boundry. Do you pour the slab or would I need to get that done first?

Beginning stages of planning. Just acquiring building lot. We see some real potential with steel structures and we are interested in learning more. Thx.
